Install Adobe Digital Editions to your PC. Download your books to the Adobe Digital Editions. Then connect your Kobo to your PC and copy your books from the library to your Kobo.
I have one on my iPad but I will keep looking for it so thanks!
The format, I think, should be epub. I have bought a book from Google books and used the epub format on Adobe to copy it to my Kobo.
This computer works great just like you told me too but my ipad doesn't work that way on the kobo books from Adobe Reader app on my ipad.
Hi both, i believe i can contribute here. I have both the iPad and a kobo. The kobo app on the iPad will sync books bought from kobo. Book bought from other bookstores, which are side loaded onto the kobo (such as using adobe software) do not sync onto the kobo iPad app.
Incase there may be some confusion, both iPad and kobo take the ePub format, but only keep in sync book bought from the kobo bookstore.
That's weird, I ever know that the other bookstores from the kobo wouldn't work on ePub formats but still wish that the bookstores will work on kobo on my iPad.

Are people aware that Kobo has a deal of the day likeAmazon. There are sometimes very surprising great deals. I don't know if they advertise it so well.
I recently ordered a Kobo Glo HD, however I have not received it yet. It is hung up in Memphis , TN awaiting import clearance. I contacted Kobo Books and I got nowhere with them. All they said was that they would escalate the problem. I contacted them again and they said the problem was under investigation. I contacted FedEx and they said they are awaiting the necessary information to clear it through customs. Their customer service sure sucks. I never really get a definitive answer from them.
