This edition has 192 pages (187 main text, 3 preface, 2 intro).

Daniel, are the preface and intro regular numbered pages, or do they have roman numerals? What is the page number on the last numbered page, and is there any content on unnumbered pages which follow it?

Hi Rivka, preface and intro have roman numerals - regular page numbers are 1 - 187. No, no other content after last page.

Then we'd actually number it as 187. (A general guideline is that no one should have to do arithmetic to figure out what page they are on for statuses. At least for physical books with numbered pages.)
