Here are two description of the story...

"A boy living in a hospital and a boy who was set on fire by bullies help each other escape the guilt and grief that bind them there, interspersed with pages from a comic one of them is working on."

"It tells the story of Drew, a young man who secretly lives in a hospital and falls in love with another boy who has secrets of his own."

The release date is sometime in 2015.
