Book attributed to wrong author

I have somehow managed to attribute my book 'The Perfect Match' to another author with a book of the same title.

My Book - ISBN 978-1-909659-10-0,
Name-Wayne Anderson,
Publisher - Inky Sprat
Format - Ebook (not Kindle)

I wish this to be also 'Combined' with my previous physical book reviews.

If you can assist I would be most grateful

The book Lieder Line by Line should be by Lois Phillips but has been wrongly attributed to be by Katherine A. Phillips. Can someone fix this?
