Background
History: Born in Chicago, Illinois, but never stayed in one place for long: he and his mother lived in five different cities during their time together. He hated always being uprooted, and rarely made close friendships. The exception was a singular Aaron MacAlister, who he met at a school in Vermont when he was twelve and remained in contact with since. He and his mum, despite her busy worklife, were very close, and it crushed him when she died in an accident when he was thirteen. After he came to camp, it took a while to adjust. Once he had proven himself and passed Probatio, he began to make friends and really feel at home at camp. Last year, when he was sixteen, a spot opened up for a new fourth cohort centurion, and he, to his surprise, was elected for the post.
How he got to Camp: long story short: his mum died in an accident when he was thirteen, and he had nowhere to go. He ran away rather than let the government send him to a foster home, and wound up at Camp Jupiter, an entrance to which was, fortunately, but a few miles from his home at the time. A hellhound showed up close to the entrance, but he just made it across in time.

Physical Description: Evan is a tall athletic looking guy. He is naturally tanned and has very defined muscles. He has blemish free clear skin because of his relation to Venus. His hair falls perfectly except for when he is sleeping or has just woken up then it is very messy. His green eyes catch the light and glisten.

Personality:
He is very kind and laid back although if you cross him you will regret doing so. He has a very short temper and no tolerance for people questioning his authority and command. He cannot stand arrogance and will often tell people the truth about what they really are and how good they are. He is very loving but never really shows it. He is very serious when he needs to be although overall he is fun and easygoing. Like the sea there are many aspects to him and only his closest friends know how to deal with them.

Evans Fatal Flaw is loyalty and his strong headedness. He will always stay loyal to a friend and never leave them behind. This often finds him in near death situations. He is strong headed and won’t change his views or his mind easily this is both good and bad it is good because this is what makes him a good leader because he will always do what he knows is right and that gains him respect, it is bad because this might go against what the legion sees as right.

Enemies:
Jupiter- Jupiter dislikes Evan because he sees him as a threat and danger to the well being of the gods he doesn’t like the approval he gets from both his other brothers. He thinks that he has softened Neptune and will be the downfall of the gods.
Cupid- Cupid dislikes Evan as he has drawn his daughter to him. His daughter is the minor Goddess ___ . She has often expressed that she would give up her immortality to be a mortal with him.
Allies:
The Legion- The entire legion is his ally because he has proven himself and gained there trust and respect.
Pluto- Shockingly Pluto is his ally because Evan is a direct descendant of Achilles who was Pluto’s favorite demigod. Evan is also related to Pluto by descent so Pluto is kind to him.
Venus- Venus is Evan’s ally because he makes her job interesting. He has left a trail of broken hearts and Venus has to either find them someone new or leave them to wallow. Venus often likes making these decisions as it is one of the only aspects of love that gives her power.
Neptune- Neptune has always shown his love for Evan. He visited Evan when he was young and trained him to use his powers and trained him in combat.

It should be impossible for a roman to have this ability but his direct relation to Achilles has passed the invulnerability down through the generations. When a descendant of Achilles turns 10 Achilles comes to them in a dream and they choose their weak spot.

Hydrokinesis is the ability to manipulate and control water. This is a very common power in Poseidon’s children. Evan can control this power very easily and without using much energy. Some of the uses for Hydrokinesis that Poseidon’s children use include:

This power is uncommon in Poseidon’s children but some have a minimal ability of Geokinesis but Evan trained this power and can use it to a maximal ability. Atmokinesis – From Neptune
Atmokinesis, also known as weather manipulation is the ability where one can control and manipulate the various forms and aspects of the weather itself. This is a common ability amongst Poseidon’s children in the smaller aspect. It takes a lot of energy from him although he can use it for a while. Atmokinesis uses four different powers to make it up. Technokinesis is the ability to either manipulate machines by physically animating them or controlling them like puppets or communicate with machines, technology, lamps, vacuums, or any other machine. Certain aspects of Technokinesis are depended on Electrokinesis as machines run on electricity.

Umbrakinesis – From Pluto
Umbrakinesis or Sciakinesis is the ability to mentally generate and manipulate darkness, deactivated photons mostly in the absence of light. Evan has no idea he has this power but when he learns of it he will be able to use it without losing much energy. He can use this power to shadowtravel. He has this power because he is a legacy of Pluto.
Necromancy – From Pluto
Necromancy is the mental or physical ability to control the bodies and spirits of the dead. Evan has no idea he has this power but when he learns of it he will be able to use it without losing much energy. He has this power because he is a legacy of Pluto.
Weapon of Choice:
He has two swords that he summons out of nowhere. The swords can also change into other weapons. He can change them into spears, bows, daggers, axes, hammers, but the swords are the base forms.
He has a half imperial gold and celestial bronze sword that was passed down to him. It is the blade of Achilles, famous greek demigod and son of Thetis.

He also has another sword that is half celestial bronze but the other half is stygian iron. He named the blade Nereus, Derived from Greek νηρος (neros) meaning "water". In Greek myth this was the name of a god of the sea, the father of the Nereids.

BACKGROUND
History:
Birth
Evan was born to a single mother in Athens, Greece. His mother was born in America so once he was born she took Evan and they fled there. Evan was born in a dangerous place. He was nearly injured on the way back to America when his mother was attacked by a hellhound. His mother was unexpectedly attacked while on the beach and he was thrown from her arms. The Hellhound closed in on Evan and started approaching when a huge wave came in and dragged the hellhound out to sea.
Childhood
Evan was not raised like a normal child. He trained with wooden weapons in secret till he was 4 and then he started using real metals. Evan’s mother prepared him for the day when he would have to leave. She told him about the gods and the truth about the world. Although he wasn’t supposed to Neptune visited Evan. He visited every year on his birthday and also he came a day before the summer solstice. He helped Evan learn to control his powers. By the time Evan was six he had mastered the powers that he had from Neptune. Evan had mastered sword fighting and archery by 6 but struggled with smaller and two-handed weapons. When Evan turned 7 he and his mother were attacked by a pack of hellhounds, a chimera and the Minotaur. Evan beat the hellhounds easily and made quick work of the chimera. He faced the Minotaur’s charge and jumped to the side and sliced up cutting a deep gash in it’s torso. It charged again and Evan did the same thing. The Minotaur disintegrated.
Finding Lupa
The day after the attack Evan’s mom booked them a flight to Italy. She took Evan to Lupa and said her goodbyes. Evan stayed with Lupa for only a few days before she deemed him ready to go. He left in search of the camp and stumbled across some monsters. He killed them and continued his search.
Finding Camp
Evan followed Lupa’s directions and found himself at the base of a mountain he made his way slowly up the mountain and about half way up saw a sentry tower. He moved towards it and saw an open valley spread before him with an assortment of buildings spread through the valley. He made his way down the mountain and to he sentry tower. He was let in by some demigods and made his way towards an assortment of military looking buildings. There he found the current praetor and was inducted into the legion as a probatio. He was placed in the fifth cohort.
Rising Through the Ranks
Evan was off probatio in his first day after he saved several unicorns from drowning in the tiber. After a few weeks he was promoted to Centurion for showing his skill during war games and leading a small team to take out a dracaena camp that was nearby. He went through as Centurion and then when he was 11 one of the praetors died on a quest. Evan didn’t step up to be praetor but was nominated by the 3rd, 4th and 5th cohorts. The first and second both thought their Centurions deserved it more and Evan would have to fight them for the spot. Evan easily beat them and was promoted to praetor. He lead many quests since his promotion and has now been praetor for 6 years. He has gained the respect of the entire legion and the residents of New Rome.
Recent History
Not much has happened recently except for a small attack that Evan led on a large squadron of monsters. He also went out of camp on his own to find Lupa. He told Lupa that he felt like there was more to him. Lupa explained his ancestry and informed him about the many gods that he was a legacy of.
OTHER
Mount & Familiar:
Mounts:
He has two mounts, Balius and Xanthus, the two immortal horses of Achilles. He usually rides one of them while his companion rides the other one but je also uses them to pull his chariot. They are very unpredictable and hard to control. Evan found them on his way to Camp and they smelled Achilles’ blood in his veins and they said he was worthy enough to ride them. Balius is Pure Black while Xanthus is Pure Brown. They do have enhanced speed like Arion.
Familiar:
Evan’s familiar is his wolf Hunter. Neptune sent Hunter to Evan when he was looking for Lupa. He was sent to help guide and protect Evan. Hunter is not a normal wolf and has a few abilities. He can run super fast, breathe underwater and shadow travel. He can do all these because he was one of the liter of Pluto’s sacred wolf. Evan cares for Hunter a lot and they are barely ever separated. Hunter is very protective of Evan as he has been caring for him since before he made it to camp.

A strong muscular physique makes up the body of this real Adonis. August has strong muscles and a tall figure. His jaw line sharp and defined his eyes cold and piercing but showing great authority in ways people seem drawn to. The scars covering his body are self inflicted a whip to the back or a slice to the arm or chest. He believes in self discipline and for each enemy struck down he receives a slice upon his body to honor even the monsters.

Powerful, majestic, and devoted, August is born to dedicate himself to a cause with an intensity rarely seen by any of his peers. His intensity springs from his personal passion and idealism, and those who are honest with their deepest desires will find themselves inexplicably drawn toward him.
August is a tremendous leader who naturally draws others in with his energy. Add to that the never-say-die work ethic of his mind and one can only imagine the possibilities. August is unstoppable when he is focused on a goal and those with similar ideals will surely stop to take notice. In this way August is a natural forerunner in any political or business venture, though he must be careful not to get carried away by his own inflated egos.
august can be absolutely dictatorial when it comes to the most important aspects of his work. He don’t trust anyone else to get the job done which only creates more work for himself. Though he enjoys chasing his dreams, he must be cautious of burnout. Not just wearing himself down but also those who (often voluntarily) follow his lead. August don’t just want to be the best - he expects to be.
For better or worse, August feels entitled to success. Not hopeful, not optimistic - entitled. While this sense of “divine right to greatness” helps keep him moving ever forward, it can also grow out of control very easily. August inherently feels that he was born to do something and become very frustrated when he don’t get the help he desires. He expects to be rewarded and beloved for his brilliance and can become increasingly dictatorial to those who are intimidated by him. While this strategy may work in the short term, there is no better way to alienate one’s followers than this.
Though he is very strong in many ways, he does have a weakness. Power, status, money, authority, and control are all temptations within the generous reach of August. However, true happiness for him only comes through facing down opponents and overcoming obstacles. Taking the easy or unethical road will lead to a faster accumulation of wealth, but not increased happiness. Born and raised up to the age of five in Manchester, UK. August was born to a loving woman of the greatest beauty. Katherine Boanerges was a simple woman who loved the sky. She was a daughter of Janus and a Legacy of Venus, clearly holding her beauty as well as the gift of Charmspeak. She held many attributes from other legacy gods in her bloodline but it was clear Venus was a true gift giver to Katherine. Being born of a minor God she had seldom encounters with monsters, but when she did she was a force to be reckoned with always fighting for her life and those she loved msot. Jupiter admired her beauty and her love for the sky. She was a photographer taking magical works of art in the sky into a film and making them even greater for everyone to enjoy.
Jupiter admired how she seemed to literally fall in love with his domain. Upon meeting her the couple became intertwined with such devotion to one another. He embodied everything she held the passion for.
It wasn't long before she bared a son to Jupiter whom he loved greatly. Wanting to show his true power as his future would surely do the same for him in his alter actions of life he named him after a child of his son, Mars, the founder of Rome. Romulus and giving him a hint of his own heritage the middle name of Augustus. A great Emperor and founder of a magnificent kingdom. August grew up knowing his father and Jupiter knew it would not be very long before his son would be discovered. the last time he managed seeing hsi father he was rushing his beloved Katherine and August to the airport where he would ensure the winds giude them swiftly and safely to San Diego.
August did not grow up blind to who he was and at age seven was when all of his real troubles began. From Cyclopes to Hell Hounds he faced off with his mother a great mass of beast. She knew it was at last time to say ehr good byes and unfortunatley it truly was the alst time.v She called the presence of Lupa and her pack to take care of her son. Only at the last minute ofher efforts to protect him a stray Lightening bolt from August struck his mother in trying to fend off a horrible centaur who was seemingly hyped on too much energy drinks and possibly roid raging. Eventually killing the beast with a sword his father had given him. His first killw ith a weapon being thecentaur at age nine. Lupa had at last found him and tuahgt him all he needed toknow as he proved every day his worth.
August had at last been sent forth to find Camp Jupiter where he entered the tunnel made hsi way across the Little Tiber and was given Probatio ranking in the Fifth Cohort. August fought hard making his way up the totem pole and eventually was made a Centurion of the Legion for the 5th Cohort.
After a small number of quest he started making his enemies. His first being Mars. After gaining favour from Venus he pledged his swordto only strike down the wicked and foul who appose beatuy and never in the act of rash thinking rage and war. Mars found this offensive given he was a God of War and should someone pledge a sword not in his name but in the name of Divine beauty, his beloved he truly had an enemy to make. Mars made August nearly die and eventually faced the young demigod at the young age of thirteen.
August merely managed a small slice on the God of Warfare's arm and that struck true anger. Mars cursed August ensuring that revenge will be served one day and when he needs the help of his allies in the greatest of wars they will not answer his call. August took great head tot he warning trying so desperately to keep peace in Camp Jupiter even in the slightest forms of a simple theif of sorts.
Neptune grew a hatred for August when he had summoned a rare metal formt eh seas earth deeply under it in Neptunes Domain. the treasure was a scepter of sorts that Neptune had hidden for good measure. the Staff of Oceanus the Titan. Neptune had cursed the poor boy with the curse of the sea. Shoudl eh ever venture into Neptunes domain the Earthshaker will surely destroy himwith whatever darkness the seas rage may hold.
After at last freeing Venus the Goddes of beauty and Love from a prison made by a titan who sought her affections he was proven to be worthy of a higher position at last being elected as the New Praetor.
Taking hsi throne by the Praetor Evan Louis Evgeniadis, Son of Neptune. Expecting a conflict given niether of the others fathers liked them the rule between the two has become quite moderate. Neptune often visiting the dreams of August warning him of great disasters to come to him for simply being born. He held the same thoguhtsa bout Jupiter that Jupiter held for him. The demigod made hims oft Pluto being neutral ahving influence over both boys it made mroe sense.
August has now ruled quite well with Evan and made something of a friendship with him in Camp Jupiter.
{How they Got to Camp}
After being found by Lupa nad her pack August was allowed no time to mourn the murder of hsi mother that he had caused. Lupa told him to be strong and learn quickly adn fight well. It was be a leader or die. August simply allowed it to be. Becoming a true warrior, but not just that...he became a soldier one who never defied orders nor did he expect himself to.
After knowing he was ready hismelf and proving so to Lupa she sent him off to find Camp Jupiter. His worst mistake being the invasion of a Griffin nest.
Attracted by the treasure and told by janus to seek out the sword of a great heor he was pushed into the nest by the voices. August made an attempt to not kill any griffins, but they didn't seem to have the same thoughts and feelings for him given they tore his clothes to shreds and attacked form all directions. Upon finding the sword the griffins simply stalled. They were protecting the one weapon they feared msot. The sword of Aeneas.
Of course they still attacked as unruling beast do, but they were much more heistant of steering clear of the sword. After a large battle with the bird brains and a number of severe injuries he made hsi way as a begger to the tunnels. In a severe condition that no one could ever know baout for the mere fact he asked for medicines and help healing hsi wounds rather than telling hsi full story. Lupa had told him to respect the domain of his enemies as if it were his own...perhaps he could confide in a new ally one day by doing so. August not only respected thweir domains by the domain of their souls. {History} Rowen was born to an archaeologist from Ireland who specialized in different areas. This caused Rowen to constantly be on the move with her father, obviously making it hard for her to be tracked. Eventually though her father remarried and they settled down in Oregon. Time passed and soon Rowen was 9 with a 3 year old baby sister and the best family in the world. When her father was at work and the two young girls were playing outside when a passing monster caught her scent. It lashed out and Rowen’s dormant powers soon became known. In the fray, her step-mother was injured and Rowen her self struck her sister by accident. Afraid, confused, and quilty the young girl ran away and started living in the forest, cut of from the real world for two years. Eventually the wolves came and gave her a reason to live again...
{How they Got to Camp The task wasn’t easy. The 11 year old was small and not very strong. Not to mention she had no weapons. She had to travel over many states in order to get to camp. Along the way she was trapped in an underground lair of an unknown monster that used the shadows to attack and hunt her. To this day she refuses to speak of the things she was while in there and often still has nightmares. She also has a fear of the dark as a result.

{History} Brit was born to an unemployed woman named Anne Castle. When she was six months old, Brit accidentally set fire to her crib and entire house. She has a memory of fire and her mother screaming. She blames herself. After that, she was in foster care for she had no known relatives. Brit ran away from every home she was placed in, but was always found again until she was nine years old. On her ninth birthday, she ran away once more, but was attacked by a monster in the forest that she had ran to. She fought and beat it, avoiding using her fire remembering what had happened to her mother. It was then she realized the true powers of the little pendant she had had since she was born.
{How they Got to Camp} After she fought the monster, she ran into the forest and hid, flames popping up on her skin the whole way. The last thing she wanted was for the fire to ever come again and the fight had brought back memories. Lupa came before her and told her she had to make it just across the bay and it would all get better. Lupa said that Brit had to fight in remembrance of her mother. Brit did as told, but the journey how ever short was difficult, for the monster she had fought had spread the word of her location before it had died. When she made it, a band from Jupiter spotted her for who she truly was and brought her into the camp.

Being so held back in personality and allowing dominant personalities to overpower his own his voice is never truly heard and he is often the victim of bullying being subjected to tasks no one else enjoys and is often walked all over by anyone in higher rank than himself, which is normally everyone.
Background
{History}
Born in Amberg, Bavaria, Germany Kaleb has faced minor trials in his life. Cassandra Gämperle, Kaleb's mother, worked as a vulcanologist. She was forming a theory on which could predict when a volcano was about to erupt long before it shows any signs of doing so. Cassie discovered that heat flares beneath the earth's surface peak in odd rhythms during which time one can estimate the intensity of a volcano's eruption almost a year before it ever happens. Many of her theories were discredited as mental, but she pushed on to prove she was right. there was one man who believed her and supported her theory and even sponsored her with a great sum of money. Eld Feuer was a Norwegian scientist with a lot of money and he supported Cassie's theories more so than the scientific community would ever imagine giving way to. It was not long that working along side of the Norseman that Cassie gave more than her work to Eld. She eventually gave her heart to him marrying him. He was not the most attractive man, but he had a heart of gold and he treated her like every woman wanted to be treated. He always referred to her as a priceless gem with the temper of a volcano.
Eld and Cassandra had a little boy who they named Kaleb. His father found the name to be fitting more so than he could ever imagine. Cassie never fully knew her background of being a demigod, but she was always a gifted woman. Her heart broke greater than anyone could have ever believed possible when she received the news that her husband while exploring an active volcano was killed after a tremor caused him to fall through. It was a horrible incident and even more so for the fact she knew Kaleb would grow up without a father.
Kaleb was only five after he met his mothers first newest boyfriend. Turned out real quickly that he was only there for the money and he was pushed aside. Dating men on and off and a woman once before as well she felt love would never find her again.
Queb Mauricius became her final lover. He married Cassie after winning her heart and had her and her son, Kaleb move in with him and his son. Calder was a Marine Biologist and the four of them lived close to the ocean normally constantly moving. His son was adopted by him and he took up the post as big brother to a 12 year old Kaleb rather quickly. Arik served as Kaleb's older brother for quite sometime. The two seemed like two peas in a pod.
Queb ended up going into a coma and later dying for no known reason and Arik was left in the hands of Kaleb's mother.
When Kaleb turned sixteen and Arik had already moved out and they hadn't heard from him much but for a few phone calls around the holidays. Arik never even showed up to the funeral when Cassandra died of breast cancer.
{How they Got to Camp}
Kaleb was being sent to Arik's house in the states. San Francisco, California was apparently his new home. He acquired American citizenship and was making a life for himself, so it seemed. When Kaleb met his brother at the airport he was rather reluctant to see him, but suddenly hesitant when they pulled up to a hotel. Arik knew Kaleb would come to realization son enough and the sooner the better. That night of his arrival he wanted to explain things more fully to him. He tried to stay as serious and calm as possible as he explained to Kaleb that he was a demigod and Kaleb was one too. Arik would often sneak out of Camp Jupiter to see the real world and often end up in a mess of trouble when he got back. Kaleb tried hard to understand, but what he didn't get was the fact that if his father was a god why didn't he stay with his mother instead of faking his own death. Arik tried his best explaining this, but they were interrupted by the sound of a wolf's howl. Arik had to drive Kaleb into the forest where he dropped him off and promised to see him soon. It took a while before Lupa at last appeared to him to judge him and then trained him. Kaleb proved talented with a bow and long range attacks and Lupa at last accepted him as one of the pack telling him to journey to Camp Jupiter.
The entire way to the camp Kaleb felt like he was being followed often hearing horrible noises that no mortal should have to ever suffer through and then the sound of those noises being muffled or silenced in pain. Kaleb actually made it to the Camp fairly easy. His arrival however, was seen as no surprise as if Arik clearly had told someone about him coming here.
