Can you help find this book. The basic synopsis is about a young man who lives in a world where you are born to achieve in a single profession. When you do, you have an aura around you. He is born into an acrobat family, and although technically proficient, he feels it was not was he was born to do. He subsequently has an affair with a young noblewoman and is involved in a murder investigation. Ultimately, he discovers that his destiny in life is as a puzzle-solver.
