Two levels. The lower level has tables to work on and the reference books. You go up to the upper level through a spiral staircase.

Logan was curled up on the top level, having tucked herself back into a corner. She sat on the floor, her laptop in it's bag next to her but a book on her lap. Her Ginger hair stood out starkly against her black 'keep calm and kill zombies' tshirt, and her legs in their jeans were crossed, 'Animal Farm' resting on them open to about halfway through. She glanced down at the lower level for a moment, then retreated back into her book.
((Oh, okay. I didn't see her on the character list so I got confused.))

Viktor walked in to the library and found a table and sat down
Espy walked in looking around. She spotted viktor and walked over sitting beside him.
She chuckled. "'Nothing that's in a book. That's for sure!"
then teach me all there is to know he said
"Well, I came here from London. My favorite color is purple. I like to read and write. I hate science and math.."

Chris walked into the library silently. He was on the lower level of the library, scanning the shelves full of books. He had to read The Life Of Franklin Roosevelt for history and write a seven page report on it. As much as he loved books, he really didn't want to read this certain one. He searched for the book, but couldn't seem to find it.
Konan walked into the library. She spotted someone looking for a book, a boy, and wanted to help him, but she didn't know English very well. He'd make fun of her, just like everyone else.
Chris heard someone enter the library. It was a girl. He smiled softly at her."Um, hi? Could you help me find a book?" He didn't really know how to word his sentence. He wasn't good with people.
Konan said quietly, "You look for book but no find it? What book called?" Konan hated how she couldn't speak English well. She could do the basics, but that was about it.
Logan shut her book and stood, stuffing it into her case with her laptop. She'd finish it in her dorm. She made her way down the staircase and started for the door, shoulders hunched and naturally red hair falling in a curtain and hiding her face as if she could shrivel up and vanish on the spot nit would certainly be easier.
"The Life Of Franklin Roosevelt." He said without hesitating. He noticed how she seemed kind of nervous while talking to him. Whether it was about her being shy or how she couldn't speak English very well, he didn't care, though head a feeling it was the latter. He hated it when others were judged for who they were. In middle school, when he first came to America, he was made fun of because he was Irish. He'd tried to hide his accent, but it was hard sometimes.
Konan replied shyly, "It here. I read it lot. I done." She handed the book over to the boy, extremely shy. She really wanted to be friends with him, but she was terrified that he'd laugh at her.
He took the book from her held it in his hands. "Thank you." He said politely. He pursed his lips. "I'm Chris." He introduced himself. He held his hand out for her to shake. That was still a thing, right? Handshakes were still used? He didn't really know, since he didn't have friends to talk to.
Konan haltingly took the boy's hand and shook hands. This boy was different. He was a potential friend. Maybe she had at last found a friend! Konan smiled shyly. "Konan Kushina Obito."
"Cool name." He said. He blushed as he realized that he let some of his accent shine through. "So, what are you doing in the library?" He asked quickly.
"Return book. Read lot of book. Done with book. You Irish?" Konan was curious. Her neighbor was Irish, and she had the same accent. "Irish nice. Neighbor Irish. She nice."
Logan's brilliant emerald gaze flicked in the direction of the guy and the girl. She wanted to be glad that other people were making friends, but instead she just felt left out and guilty. It was her own fault for being antisocial that she didnt have many friends. She faced forward again, her steps hesitating only briefly and slowing.
"Yeah." He said blushing again. He scraped the back of his head and looked down at his feet. "Yeah, I'm Irish." He said, letting his thick irish accent pour through. He waited for her to make fun of him or just walk away. He knew it would happen. It always happened.
Konan replied cheerfully, "You very nice. You want be friend? I no have friend. Everyone laugh. I Japanese. They no like Japanese. They no like me. What about you? You have friend?"
"No. I don't have friends." He said shyly. Hed never had friends. No one had ever wanted to be his friend, so he just stayed in the shadows. He had a few friends when he was in Ireland when he was younger, but ever since...He shook the thought out of his head. He shouldn't be thinking about that now. "Id love to be your friend." He said.
He glanced at the girl who looked like she was about to leave he library. She kind of reminded him of himself.
Konan smiled, this time less shyly. "Thank you. I happy to be friend." Konan noticed Chris looking at a girl. "Girl want friend too?" Konan walled over to the girl. "Hello. I Konan."
Logan couldn't help but overhear the two as she passed them and a little snort of sarcastic laughter bubbled up and escaped. They thought they had no friends just because they were foreign? Ha! Logan didn't even have that excuse. She blushed as the snort of bitter laughter escaped, feeling the heat creep up her face and knowing she was turning bright red.
Konan smiled at the girl. "What your name? You lonely?" The girl seemed very lonely. Poor girl! Maybe she was foreign too, and also a nerd! Well, maybe not a nerd, but she might still be one!
Chris looked at the girl again. He glared at her. "Have something to say?" He asked coldly. The girl didn't even know them. She shouldn't have the right to laugh at them.
Konan suddenly realized that the girl had been laughing at them! Konan shrank back. "I go now. You no like me." Konan turned around and began to walk away, sad.
"I like the flower amaryllis's and I do... Draw.."
Logan recoiled, anger bubbling up inside her. She could take taunting and teasing, but the one thing that really bothered her was when she was accused of something she didn't do. She drew herself up to her full height, though that wasn't very impressive considering she was barely over five foot. "Then you need to learn to tell the difference between someone laughing at you and someone laughing at life in general." she snapped at Chris, green eyes blazing. "You guys are at least treated well by at least half because you're from another country and they feel bad just because of that. Well next time you're feeling sorry for yourself, remember that there's always someone worse off because they don't have that advantage!" she said. As soon as she finished her rant, her eyes widened and the blush deepened. She didn't exactly talk much at all, and she couldn't believe what she had just said. Tears filled her beautiful green eyes, visible for only a moment before she whipped around in the opposite direction, which just so happened to be the direction she had just come from. She bolted back up the stairs, once again wedging herself in her private corner. She sniffled, wiping her eyes on her batman sweatshirt sleeve, though they geared up again instantly.

Konan suddenly felt terrible and ran after the girl. She finally caught up with her, her eyes sorrowful. "I sorry. I judge quickly. No should judge quickly. You okay?" Konan patted the girl's back.
She smiled turning towards him. "There are other things but.,, those are better left off to secrets. "
Chris blinked and quickly followed them out of the library. He finally found them and stood next to Konan. "Sorry." He muttered to the girl. Maybe he had been judging her to quickly. He was just so used to getting laughed at.
"Some people have to wonder," she smiled
Logan shrugged unhappily, her shoulders hunched miserably. "Whatever. S'fine." she muttered. Strands of her hair fell forward into her face so she raked a hand through her Ginger hair, catching the unruly strands with he fingers. Unfortunately, they fell right back in the way. This time she ignored them, closing her green eyes and crossing her arms over her chest, looking down at her hands as she felt hot tears well up, pulling he knees up in front of her like a shield.
