Has anyone increased sales after signing up with the Ask David service?

I signed up with AskDavid last year and I can't say I've seen a sale or interest..at least to my knowledge. They seem reasonable but It seems to be all hype and no action of results.

So far, I got nothing. I've read that other people have done well with them, but I haven't seen any increase in sales. I think there are a lot of web sites out there that promise amazing things for just putting up an image of your book cover and a generic interview. They keep the price of their services low, so you'll think "Oh, why not?"

I mean, really, who is going to those types of sites besides other authors?
