I was thinking of reading Divergent.. but I don't have time with all of the other series I am reading.. Nor do I have an overwhelming need/want to see it.

Denise Ramos | 1 comments In the past couple of years, the most disappointing book to movie adaptation was "I am number four", I love the whole series, but the movie jumped around in an awkward way and made it hard to follow and cheesy. Overall, the most dissapointing adaptation for me was "the neverending story". I saw it as a little kid and loved it, but read the book in middle school and realized how much was missing from the movie, and how much of the movie made no sense at all.

i watched ' i am number four' and it was really weird like the movie came un like big chunks with like little to no connection to each other lime you would see in a book e.g. a fight would aftereffects, where they went, what happened later. stuff like that its really dissapointing though

A.K. Michaels (akmicaels) | 16 comments I know it's not in this genre but the most recent one I've seen that is soooooo not like the books is Reacher! I do like Tom Cruise in other things but to cast him as Reacher is so far removed from the character that I just couldn't get into the film at all. I wonder why the folks that make the films do that? For people that read the books it's such a disappointment.
