Please combine Kindle and paperback versions - not recognizing same author

The Kindle version was released in 2012, the paperback just last month. Would you please combine them, or guide me in how to do so?

Wow! Super fast, Scott. Thanks. I'm curious, though. Doesn't combining them make it so that reviews and ratings show up on both versions? And, author profiles go to the same person? I'm not seeing that yet. Does it take a while to update?

True, but in this case there were two editions of the book still on the wrong profile. Should be all fixed now.
