When you have to deal with a computer virus that turns everything on your external hard drive into shortcuts to a hidden folder
And the worst is, it wasn't even my fault! A colleague wanted to copy some stuff from it, and then disaster happened!I had to figure out how to solve the problem, and then help this colleague solve her problems, because we found out that her flash drive had the some problem.

You know you're having a bad day when you've got the most important exam of your life the next day and you're really really craving books because you very recently happened to add books to your to - read shelf =(
Oh dear! Maybe you could reward yourself with a chapter if you study for 30 minutes or something? Good luck with your exams ☺
i'm in the middle of exams and it sucks because that means i can't finish books as fast as possible and I don't have time to write review! UGH
Sarah, I'm sure everyone here would agree it's hard to put a book down until you're done with it in one go xD I nearly missed my flight once because I was too engrossed reading. I had to make up an excuse for not hearing my name being announced to the officers there
When you had to go the urgent care because you hurt your ankle and it turns out to be sprain. But there is something that is a tumor but not cancerous so you have to go to the orthopaedic. You may have to have surgery. Also the best part is you get to miss work. That was sarcasm I love my work.

Sorry to hear about that :( I hope it doesn't hurt too much!
Sarah wrote: "Yikes! Hope you feel better soon!"Thanks I don't know anything yet.

It hurts but not as bad after x rays.
When only 3 hours after your car has left the auto shop (to have the radio changed out, and you had to wait 2 and a half hours for that to happen), some lady backs into your car...
When you write a review that takes you so long to write exists you out of the page and you have to restart it.
Tati wrote: "When only 3 hours after your car has left the auto shop (to have the radio changed out, and you had to wait 2 and a half hours for that to happen), some lady backs into your car..."Yikes! Sorry to hear that. I would have been really upset.
At least, she was nice, and her insurance company will take care of it, so I'll be spending some time with getting the car fixed (it was only the painting, luckily), but at least I won't spend a dime on it.
The worst thing is, I wasn't moving! So she backed into an unmoving car... Guess she didn't check her mirrors
and then drove the courtesy car (that they gave him while his was in the garage) into a parked car. not a good week for him.
It's your birthday tomorrow and you're having a sore throat today. I love love love birthdays, I can't get sick now, that will make me so so sad! :(

Thank you girls. So do I. I better just stay in bed with tea and some books and make my boyfriend do the cleaning ;)
This is gross, but it's really bad:when a cockroach (!!!) from the streets climbs up the inside of your trousers, then, minutes later, you sit on gum
I've skinned my fingers to remove the gum, managed to get most of it, now, I'm going to ask the hotel to wash it, no way I'm using it without washing

Yuck!
And I hear those cockroaches from the streets are waaaayyy tougher than the cockroaches from the suburbs. ;)(Regardless, that's quite a horrific day!)
When you find your first dog dead after coming hone from a long day if work. And your in the state of shock.
Once Upon A Time wrote: "When you find your first dog dead after coming hone from a long day if work. And your in the state of shock."Oh that's awful! I can't think of anything worse, I'm sorry for your loss.
No my dad said she probably had a heart attack because big dogs have heart attacks especially St.Bernards. I'm really in the state of shock i can't wrap my head around the fact that she is dead and buried. We have another one and he is feeling sad too. He hasn't eaten anything. Last nigh when we let him put for the neighbors to burry her he waited for her to come out and she didn't.
Gosh, that really is terrible. I know there's nothing we can do but I'm sure we're all really sad that this has happened to you ☹
So... I live at a dormitory. There's two yearly yard cleanings and if you don't attend them, you can either pay somewhere around $40 or leave a note letting them know you won't be present and then they'll give you a task to do within two weeks or so and if you don't manage to do your task, you'll have to pay $40 anyway. I did the latter. I did my task and everything was fine - or so I thought. Turns out I didn't do it well enough. I didn't know what I had to do, since the note said one thing and now they tells me another thing. *sigh*I already did half of what they said, but I don't wanna waste like 5 hours on the rest of it, they should've just written a more clear note :| So I'll probably just end up paying the $40 even though I did some of it. Really annoys me! :|

Tati wrote: "Do you still have the note? I'd show them the note and see what happens"Yup, but she does too, she wrote it herself. It's just one word that differs, but one word can really make a difference. I have the money, but I'd rather buy a book you nkow?
That being said...if it takes me 5 hours and I save the $40, then it would be $8/hour - not much! :)
