I'm unemployed and have been since February. It's boring AF.
I've applied to so many jobs, it's crazy. Okay, so here's where it gets even more annoying:
I've had some interviews and then they call me to say that they "don't have the time/money" for an employee right now. Why the f*** are you asking me to come by for an interview then?!
I've also had people reply to my email saying that they probably have a job as something similar to what I'm looking for, and would I be interested in that? Yes, yes of course! And then they reply a week later that no, they don't have a job anyway!
Stop wasting my time and get my hopes up! Ugh!
*angry face*
That is quite ridiculous! Why interview for a job if they don't have a job to give in the first place?!

I know! And I even applied for it when they didn't have an ad out, so I thought my chance was pretty good...
I actually use quite a lot of time on applications, but it's starting to feel like I should just give up :( Just one of those days, I guess!
I've already applied for five jobs today.
Five is quite a lot, hopefully you'll have some luck, are they what you really want to do though?

Hmm, most of them are, yes. Dream job is at a publisher, but I would have to move to parts of the country that I don't want to live in, so that's probably not gonna happen. So I'm going with the second best option. I can always switch jobs if I don't like them :)

Did you get any of the jobs?

When it's 8:59 pm, your favorite TV show at 9:00 pm is about to start and electricity did not return as yet.
You know you're having a bad day:
When you have a ton of homework to do, and you can't fit in time to read
When you have a ton of homework to do, and you can't fit in time to read
that would be horrible!!!!!!!!!

Lucky you, i don't get an allowance because I have 10 siblings, and add all that together and it's a ton of money to take care of

Neither, I am the 5th oldest of the 11 including me

Oh dear, did you manage to rescue any of them?

Luckily, they came back after a bit (I think a day or two), so it wasn't as much of a disaster as I thought. It was very scary though. Thanks for asking.

My crappy group colleague at university, just submitted raw copy of our report without any editing and even overlining and notes in the text, to grading because he did not feel like editing. I hate Spanish students right now.

I don't know.. I really hope I can talk myself/us out of it and save the day with re-submitting edited work.. D:

I got kicked out of a group for sending messages to discuss strategies about a challenge.

Exactly, when your mind can't let go of things to get into the book, the worst.
