You know you're having a bad day when the weather forcast calls for NO rain so you don't bring your umbrella with you on your travels outdoors. AND IT RAINS BUCKETS!!
You mess up when driving and get yelled at. And then you cry and mess up your makeup just in time for your younger brother's piano recital, during which your face is all red and you look like shit.
So annoyed right now.I'm unemployed and have been since February. It's boring AF.
I've applied to so many jobs, it's crazy. Okay, so here's where it gets even more annoying:
I've had some interviews and then they call me to say that they "don't have the time/money" for an employee right now. Why the f*** are you asking me to come by for an interview then?!
I've also had people reply to my email saying that they probably have a job as something similar to what I'm looking for, and would I be interested in that? Yes, yes of course! And then they reply a week later that no, they don't have a job anyway!
Stop wasting my time and get my hopes up! Ugh!
*angry face*
That is quite ridiculous! Why interview for a job if they don't have a job to give in the first place?!

I actually use quite a lot of time on applications, but it's starting to feel like I should just give up :( Just one of those days, I guess!
I've already applied for five jobs today.
Five is quite a lot, hopefully you'll have some luck, are they what you really want to do though?
Thank you Sarah. Hmm, most of them are, yes. Dream job is at a publisher, but I would have to move to parts of the country that I don't want to live in, so that's probably not gonna happen. So I'm going with the second best option. I can always switch jobs if I don't like them :)

Did you get any of the jobs?

You know you're having a bad day: When it's 8:59 pm, your favorite TV show at 9:00 pm is about to start and electricity did not return as yet.
You know you're having a bad day:
When you have a ton of homework to do, and you can't fit in time to read
When you have a ton of homework to do, and you can't fit in time to read
that would be horrible!!!!!!!!!
It is. I have to wait like three weeks to get my allowance. Bleh. Hopefully I'll find some library books to tide me over.
Lucky you, i don't get an allowance because I have 10 siblings, and add all that together and it's a ton of money to take care of
Wow, I only have three. Are you the oldest, youngest, or in the middle? I'm the oldest. Sorry on the allowance, btw. :(
Neither, I am the 5th oldest of the 11 including me
I have to feed my dogs and cats every day and my one dog is so so needy and expects us to be constantly at his side! And then I have skiing on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and races in Sunday! Argh! Oh and also something called school! I never get like ANY time to read :(
I accidentally deleted all my mobi files (i.e. the ARCs I was reading) on my kindle app when I logged out and logged back in again to try and fix a crashing issue.

Oh dear, did you manage to rescue any of them?

Luckily, they came back after a bit (I think a day or two), so it wasn't as much of a disaster as I thought. It was very scary though. Thanks for asking.
You Know You're Having a Bad Day When.....My crappy group colleague at university, just submitted raw copy of our report without any editing and even overlining and notes in the text, to grading because he did not feel like editing. I hate Spanish students right now.

I don't know.. I really hope I can talk myself/us out of it and save the day with re-submitting edited work.. D:
Hopefully. If there’s still time you can probably resubmit it. Maybe explain the situation to your professor if it gets really bad and you think they’ll listen?
I got kicked out of a group for sending messages to discuss strategies about a challenge.
Wow, having read the postings since Oct you guys are making me feel like I'm not having such a bad day after all, even though I got a flat during lunch and stained my khakis while changing the tire.
i feel that more than just books, i like reading stories, whether they come from published authors or random people on tumblr.. i like reading stories.
