Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix
question
James and Lily

Oh man, JK Rowling should have made us a book from the Marauder's era. It would be so awesome. I really want to know how Lilly got to ever liking James, like, how did it happen? I feel like we need more Jily. The harry potter book are like those types of book which you need to know the whole background of to make to satisfied.

It would be pretty neat to have a book of short stories illustrating periods of the lives of different characters. There could be:
-Jame, Lily, Snape
-The remaining Weasly twin learning to cope without the other (aka endless tears)
-Later into the life of Luna (just anything from her pov would amazing)
-More Dumbledore/Abernathy/them folk past adventures
-Bill and Fleur (Molly could make a few appearances)
-More Tom Riddle goodness
stuff like that. Any other interesting povs?

Please, no "Jily". They are distinct characters.
That said, I agree with everything else you said. I'm hoping she'll include some more about them on Pottermore.

It would be interesting thought to have a whole book based on jamse and Lily
I'm with Julia on this one!!
I don't think it necessary with a seperate book on James and Lily, or any of the characters for that matter...
But more on pottermore, or maybe a book with stories about different characters could be cool...

i would've loved the whole Marauder's adventures at Hogwarts...sort of more of that bit Jo's written about James and Sirius.
If she were to start a series about Lily and James, she would probably feel an obligation to keep writing up until their deaths. A book of short stories would be nice.
Some girl-boy pairs wouldn't be too bad anyway. Here are some questions I have:
Who was the new headmaster 19 years later?
Who're the new professors (if there are any)?
I agree. She should definitely make a group of short stories.

It's my understanding that James matured and wasn't such an arrogant show-off and THAT'S what caught Lily's eye.
