So far, I like the book's narration and both Amy and Elder's voices. They both sound desperate to save Godspeed. I was really shocked when Marae said that they were never landing at all. I guess I didn't saw it coming. But, where are they? Did they really plan to not land in the beginning or because the ship is just really incapable of doing so? How far are they from Centauri-Earth? Is someone waiting for them there? If so, are they trying to communicate with them? Did they know they wouldn't be able to land at all? Will Elder wake up the frozens? And what truth is Orion referring to?

So many questions...I'm enjoying the mystery and anticipation of it all. Every chapter just ends with a cliffhanger! (hide spoiler)]

Ch29: (view spoiler)[It's obvious they've lost communication with Sol-Earth then, but as far as I can remember, this is the only time the book mentioned it.

Marae's right, without Phydus, there wouldn't be control. Look how their food supply has decreased over the months since without Phydus. People are not working. Deaths, depression, injuries and violence are rising. (hide spoiler)]

Ch32: (view spoiler)[If you think about it, Amy's right. The clue itself is weird. Orion's been giving mem cards and now he's given a floppy. But if someone has the REAL clue, who could have it? How did he know Orion's been leaving clues?

I agree with Amy. Whether or not landing Centauri-Earth is worth it or if the ship may really have no hope of moving, it's the 'not knowing' that is nagging at my insides, too.

Surely Orion didn't bother leaving all these just to come down to the conclusion that they lock the doors. Pssh. (hide spoiler)]
