"Okay," River replied, "But one second. This is going to be fool proof." He unlaced his shoelaces and took off his sweaty sock. "If this doesn't knock him out, I don't know what will!"
River smiled evilly and bounced it in her direction a bit before withdrawing his arm and slipping the sock into a jacket pocket.
"It's been in my shoe all day," River pointed out, "If you had been under my foot for that long, you would smell bad, too!" He processed what he'd just said. "Sorry, that didn't come out right..."
"Okay..." River approached Catron carefully.
((Go ahead without me. I won't be on much tonight. I have relatives over.))
Cleo jumped awake, and it her head on the top bunk. She swore under her breath, rubbing her head.
Cleo perked up when the mental boy awoke. She leaned forward, watching.

((Back!))River immediately, pried Catron's fingers away from around Bekah's wrist.
((Hiya!))River glanced at Cleo before turning his attention back to Catron.
River carefully side stepped to block Catron from view.
Cleo made a small sound at the back of her throat and sidestepped River.
River stepped in front of her, again, attention now completely away from Catron.
((Back))Viola entered the room just to find out Bekah looking directly at Catron while in the other hand River was blocking Cleo and there was this awful smell...

River noticed what was happening and lunged over to pry Catron's hands from around Bekah.

"On the contrary," River responded, "I'm protecting Bekah at this very moment."
River rolled his eyes. "I'm not an idiot, you know, Bekah."
River winced slightly, but that was all. Catron wasn't exactly from Dauntless, but he was angry. "Okay, that's enough! I'm not going to hurt you, okay?"
