Well the fact that you ask that question is enough for me to not answer:) But I will take the bait.It is at best soso writing, terribly over dramatic and about werewolves and vampires, seriously overdone and not very well, you want to read a great vampire series, read Vamphyri, or even the interview with vampire by Anee Rice, that is at least decent writing. But that is my opinion. And disclaimer I have only read a bit of both books, my gal was reading it and I read a bit over her shoulder, but enough to know it was chin:) Or just listen to vampire weekend!
The fact that you say it is overly dramatic about the werewolves and vampires is true, but that isn't the point of the story. You have to dig past the stupid shallow part of the story to discover the true meaning.
