Personality: Clara is an open minded individual and doesn't mind what happens to her or her famliy. She isn't worried about being factionless, she would actually prefer it. Clara has been known by her classmates for being very loud, or very quiet. She always has an opinion on everything, even if it doesn't help her faction, Abnegation.
History: Clara lived with her parents and younger brother for her life in Abnegation, and was constantly being told off for speaking out. She always got in trouble, and it scared her parents, they were terrified that she would give them a bad name, although they never beat her, she was constantly scolded and almost constantly terrified.
Current Faction: Abnegation
Thoughts on leaving faction or staying and why: (before the aptitude test) She wants to leave to get away from her parents, but she doesn't because then she would leave her brother behind.

Appearance: Long Brown Wavy Hair, faint freckles, and blue eyes. (Don't know how to add pic)
Personality: Everyone in Rosalyn's faction would come to her if they were sad. She was always happy even if people were mean to her. She felt the need to make the world a better place by increasing smiles and laughter. She laughed all the time and cracked jokes 24/7. Nobody really cared though. She was very curious and loved to disassemble and reassemble things. She was a master builder. She was definetly favored over her sister Athena. Her parents spoiled her but she wasn't snotty. She was modest and believed everyone should be equal. Not one person was ever hated by Rosalyn and nobody hated her either. Everyone in the faction knew her name because she was so nice to everybody. She had a serious side but it only showed when it was truly necessary. She was top of her class at school, she was the smartest girl in school. Everyone joked about her being mistakingly born into the wrong faction, they said she should've been Erudite because of her incredulous knowledge. She liked Amity though. She was very artistic and wanted to start a new faction named Callipygian. She blamed the purity war on dullness. Her art was hung all around the community and she was the best artist in the whole Chicago. Nobody else really studied art so she hosted art classes in her free time to teach everyone about the wonderful joys of art. She played many sports and taught others whenever she could. Everybody in her faction looked up to her and loved her.
History: Ever since Rosalyn was a baby her parents have favored her over her sister Athena. Athena was 2 years younger than Rosalyn making her 14. Athena didn't mind the ignorance by her parents because whatever Rosalyn got she gave to Athena. Rosalyn wasn't materialistic and wanted to give to the needy. She commonly went to the Factionless alley and gave out food and goods. She was the president at her school and did many fundraisers to help benefit the factionless. Rosalyn was always the child who was taken to fancy dinners and benefits. She was the best person in her faction at giving speeches and in the leadership role. She always wanted to be in the government, even though that was the Abnegations role. The Abnegation actually offered her a government position for when she was older even if she wasn't in Abnegation. She had a future role of being the leader of Amity... If she stayed and didn't transfer. She was the lead gardener in the community and had planted many community gardens. All the fruits from her gardens went to the factionless. The factionless were her biggest fan because she treated them equal as everyone else. She was definetly fit for Amity.

Thoughts: Rosalynn loved Amity but considered thinking about Erudite and Abnegation. She loved to help people, and study new knowledge and research. She was really torn. She would love to be the future leader of Amity but also wanted participation in the government. Amity was the best fit for her though. She was going to stay in Amity because she had so many friends and Abnegation had already offered her a leadership role in the government. She also could never forgive herself if she abandoned her family. Faction for Blood was the stupidest thing she had ever heard. Her sister would be devastated if she left and so would her parents. She strictly knew she was going to stay in Amity. Her aptitude test said Amity, Erudite, and Abnegation which was bad. But she didn't question her choice at all.

She keeps all her negative remarks under check and tries to keep to a positive life style. She tries so hard sometimes she just gets fed up and gets really angry about something stupid.
History: She grew up in pleasant surroundings and has never really faced any hardships in life.

Thoughts on leaving/staying: Nelle doesn't know whether or not she wants to stay in amity. She just plans on trusting the test.

Though he's content with the peaceful life of an amity, he sometimes wonders if there is more to life than farms and smiles. His analytical mind makes it difficult to fit in and often finds himself accidentally offending people. Sometimes he fakes a cheery disposition and socializes when he just wants to be left alone.
History: His mom was born an Amity and his dad was a transfer from Erudite. He has always gotten top marks at school but hung back, keeping to himself. His dad secretly tutored him and gave Benedict books when he was really supposed to be helping in the apple orchards.

Personality: Lorelei is quiet and kind. She can be shy but is also witty and determined. If she ever comes across something she can't do, she will find a way to master it. She is stubborn and overall a strong-willed girl that loves making people laugh. She can be shy at times, meeting new people is never something she likes to do but when she feels comfortable, she is kind and sweet. But she can be very honest, being a Candor, she tells everyone what is on her mind, whether they like it or not. She tries to hold back but it is now a habit for her.
History: Lorelei grew up in a small home with her mother and father. She has no siblings and feels the need to always impress her parents. Her mother was a transfer from Amity and her father was born a Candor. Ever since she was young, Lorelei was told the hard, cold truth. Sometimes it didn't matter but other times, it would hurt, hearing the truth about what people thought of you. She forces herself through it, always plastering a smile on her face, letting the insults hit her but not damage her.

Thoughts on leaving faction or staying and why: (before the aptitude test) She doesn't know. She wants to make her parents proud, she is their only daughter but on the other hand, the things many say are hard to deal with sometimes.

Appearance : Pale with dark hair to the middle of the back with dark blue eyes. Also she is tall with a graceful figure topped with long eyelashes
Personality: A sarcastic stubborn troublemaker, wary of people especially ones with oddly colored hair she is not afraid of much but is terrified being abandoned. Also she just adores art of any type
History: Ever since she was four she has been fluent in the language of sarcasm. Since her faction Candor values honesty sarcasm was frowned upon. When she was fourteen she had a very good friend of hers but when her friend got into a terrible fight very terrible fight that just hurt her heart so badly she built this wall around herself and acts mean and harsh to everyone she meets. Her parents died when she was fifteen and her aunts uncles and such and such would not take her in as they blamed her for the death of her parents. So she lives with her 20 year old sister in a small apartment.

Thoughts on leaving faction: Candor has never had good things for her and all she has is bad memories there. She wants freedom to be able to do as she wants and not be branded as a smart mouth because of her faction and not have to spill her guts on her terrible backstory. ( also she hates suits and wearing white.)

Personality: Very sneaky and cunning, but will do anything for her friends. She's highly intelligent, and her parents want her to join Erudite. Anasaki has shown a knack for getting herself out of tricky situations with both intellectual and athletic ability
History: Her parents both transferred from Erudite to Amity, and they insist on her joining Erudite because they weren't smart enough for it and she was. Both them and her older sister, Kylie (who already chose Erudite three years ago), beg her not to waste her intelligence on a 'lesser faction'

Thoughts on Leaving: Anasaki has always been one for wanting to make her own decisions, and even if she wanted to go to Erudite, she wouldn't because of her family pressuring her to do so. She is torn between choosing Dauntless and Candor, and won't choose Abnegation in fear that her freedoms will be restricted

Violet is very witty and loves to trash-talk but is very down to earth and caring about others. She is very trustworthy and responsible and always carries out any task she is assigned!
History: Violet has had a completely normal life being raised by her father because her mother was killed when she was 5 years old by an insane factionless woman.
Thoughts on leaving: Violet wants to break free of all of the truth telling! She doesn't want to be an open book! She wants a little mystery in her life, not always having to speak her mind and tell what she's thinking and why!

Molly: Definitely an improvement, but it still needs just a wee bit more work. In History, you may also want to include whether she has siblings, and how her family coped after her mother was killed. How did her father treat her? Did she do well in school? Did she have many friends, or was she a loner?
By the way, to both of you: When describing your character's appearance, picture them in your head. If you have an actual picture to work from, that's wonderful. Describe the character as if we don't have a picture to see, which we actually... don't. xD Just describing hair, eyes and complexion don't work. Try describing their build, as well. Describe the shape of their face. The type of hair. You don't have to do all of these, of course; just make sure you're descriptive enough, so that we all have a good sense of what the character looks like. I must admit, I do have trouble with this, as well. :) Good luck!

history: sheylyn grew up as a strong girl, but not that strong. Its been 5 years since her father car accident. Her father was a dauntless transfer and her mother was just plain amity. Her brother, hunter, was an a student and never backed down from anything that happened in the family. Hunter and sheylyn have gone through everything together. Until he turned 16 and switched to erudite. Sheylyn was only 14 that year and was already deciding what her new faction will be . When she turned 16 she was ready to be brave, and bold just like her father was.
