Author name with 3 different entries

This book, https://www.goodreads.com/search?quer..., is listed with three different ways of spelling the author's name. Which one should I use as the definitive one? The cover uses her full name, Gwendolyn Goldsby Grant.

Yes, all three profiles should be merged. Since none have any data other than the name itself, I'd just merge both the others into Gwendolyn Goldsby Grant.
