Page number listed as 845, is actually 665.

Are you sure? That's not actually a valid ISBN. 9781101146446 is, though. It's an ebook -- this one: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/8...
However, since it's an ebook, we keep the page number from the publisher. The only formats for which book-in-hand does not trump publisher/Amazon/etc. data are ebooks. User settings, precise model of ereader, and other variables can mean that the same book on your ereader and mine have different page counts. Therefore, for ebooks (including Kindle editions), the page number should come from the publisher.

Um, yeah, I'm sure...I'm reading it right in front of my eyes...I wouldn't make something like that up, lol.
I wasn't suggesting you had made it up, but perhaps a typo.
There is no edition on Goodreads with the ISBN 9781101146443.

Nope, no typo. Since you don't have my edition, I guess my page-count/reading progress will just be off....unless you have any other advice/suggestions?
This ISBN exists but it's ISBN10 not ISBN13 (so i dont understand why there is 978 prefix) it's listed here eg http://www.bookfinder4u.com/detail/11...
Thanks for trying to help Monika. Since rivka is more interested in trying to vehemently be right than cheerfully bring helpful (noting he can submit a rebuttal to you, but neglect my question), I will share my knowledge, as you see, I've moved on from the ISBN issue (seems ages ago) to attempt to make my page count work between my edition and the edition listed on GR. I used basic algebra. X representing the coordinating unknown page number, over 845 equals the page I'm on in my edition over 665, the total pages in my edition. Cross multiply the page I'm on in my edition by 845, then divide that by 665 to get X, the coordinating page number for the edition listed on here. Hopefully this will assist others that have encountered my problem and found no help or resolve otherwise. Have a good day, and happy reading!
