Can't Add Roles?

I tried to add roles for the narrators of Grass for His Pillow and I couldn't figure out how to do it. It will allow the narrators to be deleted, but not roles to be added. Help?

The only way I've figured to do it is to delete the person, then add them with the new role.
Oh. It looks like someone did it for me. Thanks!
