Combining Editions

There seems to be a spacing issue with the author names that's preventing me from combining this paperback edition with the Kindle edition, here:

Fixed. There should be no spaces between initials.

#4 To can combine books, them must have the same author, so I will turn the author name into latin alphabet. But if is okay, consider done.
