My schoolmates loved that kissing scene and they keep on posting on Facebook how beautiful it was and how they can't wait to watch it on the big screen. Wtf? I mentioned this before, I'm surprised how the Dutch nerdfighter community had no problem with that scene whereas I , who is living thousands of kilometres away from Netherlands, was rolling my eyes in disgust.

Just to top it off, the male lov..."
Writing a new novel = milking the cash cow

I think it shows how humble and gracious they are that they could. Says a lot more for them than it does for Bieber or Green.

I think it actually is a joke, though. I googled it, and the only references I came across were on Tumblr (and not even Green's Tumblr). The whole thing reeks of a paro..."

I'm going with my friends because they're all obsessed with it- I know the film will just give me more a reason to scold Tfios

Put a lucky charm in your pocket or something before you leave. It's what I do.

Same here!

YES!!! Ansel Elgort is fine...

Ha.........haha.........hahahaha..........that was literally the point

Either find a friend so obsessed they buy the CD when it comes out, or go online and watch it on suspicious, questionable websites.

Technically, you won't be funding John Green if you see it because he sold the rights to the production company that made the film. He doesn't get any money from ticket sales.
At least, that is what he has stated on his website when someone asked him about it. That sounds right because Scott Spencer said the same thing about both of the "Endless Love" movies that were made.

Yeah, I think the latter is more realistic ;) I don't have any John Green Obsessive friends.

Yes. You're complete wrong in saying this. Coratulations!

Oh no, we got the point, shoved right in our faces. We got it so much that we could see where he couldn't pull it off. Which is our point.

It's a fad and John Green is a commodity, not an author.
I love many YA books, all well written with strong characters and a developed plot which has been adequately researched. That is the basic of any decent book. I did not find it here.
