Sebastian looked around. He was sure that if he were to find a large, screaming group of children,he would find this little childrens game. And so sure enough, he found it. "There it is, let's go, come on Ciel" She smiled and ran to the stand. Sebastian bent down, "My lord, I do understand that with your newly formed powers you should be able to get through these games quite quickly, so I suggest that you attempt to weaken your skills. In order to make the experience a little faster, I have a feeling that Lady Elizabeth is going to be rather persistent and she isn't going to leave until you've won something for her..." He whispered down Ciels neck.
Ciel hung back and watched Elizabeth run off to the game. He stiffed slightly at Sebastian's breath that traveled down his neck. "Quite right. I'll win a prize in due time." he says as he walks to the booth with slow steps.
Sebastian walked after the two, hoping Elizabeth would suddenly be taken by a murderer. He knew it want exactly the nicest thing to wish upon a person, but he was a demon and he was compelled to have those thoughts. Elizabeth stepped up to the rusty looking man, "Six balls please." She smiled gingerly. "Come on Ciel!"
The man nodded, and held out the foamy red balls to each of them. Elizabeth gladly took them, "Go Ciel, you go first" she smiled.Sebastian stood behind them. He wanted to silence her squeaky, utterly disgusting voice. No one has ever gotten so badly under his skin as badly as Elizabeth did.
(Wicked twist on sebastian.... now he will never be able to eat Ciel's soul)"Alright," Ciel says grabbing a ball. He threw it and missed purposely. He kept his cool and turned to Elizabeth, "your turn."
Elizabeth stomped, "Don't worry Ciel, you'll get it next time." Sebastian found it amusing that such a childish nobleman could be so determined such a pointless mini game.
Lizzy threw the ball and it barely hit the target. Agree let out an exaggerated sigh. She was quite the competitive girl. Sebastian placed his hands on Ciels shoulders, "My lord, try and attempt to take this slowly" he whispered down Ciels neck.
"Try again Lizzy." Ciel held out another ball for her to take as he felt Sebastian's breath down the back of his neck.
"Sebastian, why don't you give it a try?" Elizabeth suggested cheerfully. Sebastian nodded, she reeked of innocence, not the type of soul that any average demon preferred. "Very well" Sebastian started as he picked up the red, circular object. Elizabeth reached out and grabbed Ciels hand.Sebastian felt his eyebrow twitching again. He ignored it.
"I am very happy that you came here today with me Ciel" he heard her say in that terribly squeaky voice. And as he glanced back he saw Elizabeth plant a peck on his lips. He felt the anger flush through his body for no apparent reason. He took the ball and without much effort threw the ball. It hit the target but it smashed a hole into the wall behind it. It fortunately hadn't caused much commotion.
Ciel watched Sebastian up until the point where Elizabeth had kissed him. He kept his face blank as anger filled. Just endure, it will be over in due time. He looked over to Sebastian as he heard a huge crash. "Sebastian you fool. There was no need for you to put a hole in the wall of the booth."
"My apologies young master I was simply attempting to..." Sebastian trailed, attempting to remain calm, "focus" he muttered between his teeth.
Sebastian nodded and retreated behind them. "I say Ciel, your butler is quite strong. It's rather odd, not like any butler I've ever seen." Elizabeth commented as Sebastian glared down at her, wishing evil things upon her.
"Sebastian is merely a butler and that's that." Ciel says calmly, thought he hated being questioned like that.
"Simply one Hell of a butler madam." Sebastian corrected with a sly smile. Elizabeth was a little creeped out at this point. "Ciel would you like a turn?"
Sebastian started to let his eyes wander. There weren't many options which was good for both Ciel and himself. He just wanted to go home and punch a wall, perhaps even break down a tree. "CIEL! THOSE DRESSES ARE ABSOLUTELY CUTE!" Elizabeth exclaimed, pointing towards a large shop not even a block away.
Elizabeth joyfully hopped to the shop. "Oh thank you Ciel!" She screamed as she ran into the store. "Your young mistress is rather...." He trailed, awaiting for Ciel to finish the sentence.
Sebastian followed behind Ciel. He felt relieved that Elizabeth would be distracted for the rest of the day. "Really? I was going to say pleasant to be around, but if you insist"
Ciel walks into the shop, ignoring Sebastian's words. He watched as Elizabeth roamed the store, grabbing dresses here and there.
Sebastian let his eyes wander aimlessly. The human world was quite boring, but he supposed he was thankful to be in it. "Ohhhhh my golly this is gorgeous! No this one, no wait that one! BUT THAT ONE US SO MUCH CUTER!" She exclaimed running back and forth.
Elizabeth wandered around for several hours, holding up dresses to Ciel but quickly dismissing them before he could answer. She finally picked out about five dresses. Sebastian thought all of them liked exactly alike, besides sine ribbons and colors.
Ciel watched tiredly as Elizabeth wondered the store for hours and was finally cutting into his tea time. He sighed in relief as she picked out five dresses she seemed to like. He waited for the confirmational running towards him as the yes.
"I found them Ciel, aren't they gorgeous!?" She yelled enthusiastically. Sebastian pinched the bridge of his nose as he stared out the window. It was becoming sundown and he was sure that his young master was quite crabby because he had missed both snack and tea time.
Sebastian glanced down at Ciel. He looked so mature, and grow up. But Sebastian knew what Ciel had felt, when his parents died. He also knew that Ciel was still craving revenge, even though he had already gotten it. He still felt Emory and distraught, Sebastian could feel it emanating off of his untouchable soul. The carriage ride home was unusually quiet. Elizabeth was too busy admiring her new dresses to speak to Ciel and Sebastian was too busy wanting to kill Elizabeth.
Ciel was happy to be heading home and for the quiet during the carriage ride, though he didn't show it. His mood lightened as the manor came into view.
Sebastian stepped out and opened the door for the both of them. He walked into the manor and took Ciels coat off. "Dinner has already been prepared." He stated as he proceeded to the kitchen and came out with a trolley of food.
((kay))Ciel was pleased at the look of the meal. He felt saliva pool in his mouth at the smell of it.
Sebastian served the two quickly before standing behind Ciel. "I have prepared a room for you Lady Elizabeth" Elizabeth raised an eyebrow. She wanted some alone time with Ciel, but she couldn't get that with Sebastian constantly hanging over their shoulders. "Actually I was thinking I could sleep in Ciels bed with Ciel tonight." Sebastian felt that unknown feeling of anger flush through him again. His eyebrow began to twitch and he was tempted to put his glasses on to hide it, but he thought he'd vaguely resemble Claude, who he hated with a passion. Or maybe even William, who he didn't hate as much but also felt would be improper or considered mockery.
"Lizzy we both know it is improper for a lady to be in the same bed as a man, betrothed or not, until she is married.' Ciel sips his tea before he started to eat from the plate in front of him.
Sebastian calmed at Ciels statement. It was true. And he was thankful that Ciel had brought it up. Elizabeth on the other hand was quite angry. Mostly at Sebastians tense reaction. She nodded, "Perhaps your right." Elizabeth said depressingly.
Sebastian stiffened up. He dreaded her voice but now he had to tend to her for the next few days. And it would be Hell. Elizabeth smiled, "Sebastian can prepare me a room and we can talk for a little bit tonight. Maybe I can even fix your wardrobe..." Elizabeth said excitedly.
Once again Sebastian felt his eyebrow twitch for a few moments. At least they wouldn't be sleeping in the same bed.
"Tend to her need, sebastian." Ciel says getting up from his chair. This seemed like the perfect punishment for what had happened earlier to day. "Then have some tea brought to my room before bed." He then left for his study.
Sebastian gritted his teeth. He had really hoped that Ciel wouldn't say something like this. But he knew it was inevitable. He cleaned Elizabeth up and brought her some new night clothes. She changed into them thanked Sebastian. Sebastian wanted to kill her and eat her soul so that no one could be burdened by he existence. He bowed "It was my pleasure" Sebastian commented.
Ciel looked to the door as it opened and saw Elizabeth. He almost groaned but held it in. Sebastian knew how to get back at him that's for sure.
Sebastian smiled deviously at Ciel. He pushed the cart into the room. It had two porcelain cups of tea but no cake.
