Sebastian walked into the room and set the tea on his desk. "Because it's so close to your bedtime, I have prepared chamomile."

"Good," Ciel says taking the tea cup.
"Once again your bring unusually grateful and civilized. Not hire I imagined a child to act." Sebastian said with a cocky smile and a tilt of his head. (( Pluto kinda gets shot but I'm keeping him alive in this because I love him :3 ))

"Well I don't expect you to act maturely all the time. Although, I also don't expect you to be immature. That would be showing me weakness.... It all depends on your agency." Sebastian said, looking Ciel in the eye slyly.
Ciel sips his tea and ignores Sebastian's comments.
"Should I ready your bed?" Sebastian asked smiling devilishly.
"Yes," he says and looks out the window of his study.
Sebastian nodded, making his expression blank. He had always had a calm cool and collected demeanor. By in actuality he was quite sadistic and malicious. And he could be quite the seductive fellow. When he wanted to be. He made his way to Ciels room. He untucked the beds blanket and set out a night gown.
Ciel walks to his room after he drank his tea. He see Sebastian move around his room with ease and smiles quickly before frowning again. he then made his presence known to him by walking into his room and to his bed.
Sebastian gestured for Ciel to raise his arms. "I say young master you're becoming quite mature"
"What are you getting at sebastian." Ciel says raising his arms.
"You have been more... Pleasant to be around. And well exactly what I said you've grown maturely." Sebastian said while undoing Ciels shirt and sliding it off of him. "Both mentally and physically." He mumbled under his breath.
"i see." he says as Sebastian takes his clothes off.
"I should also inform you that that lady Elizabeth is going to be staying with us for a while." Sebastian explained, taking off his pants and putting on his nightgown.
"Why must she stay here." he groans softly as the nightgown slipped over his head.
"It's your responsibility to bring joy to your betrothed. If you have indeed matured you should acknowledge that." Sebastian said slyly with another devious smile.
"I'm going to last her visit." He mumbles to himself.
"That's the spirit, my lord" Sebastian said with a sarcastic smile.
he sighs and walks over to his bed.
"Why are you marrying this women that doesn't even appeal to you" Sebastian asked. He immediately regretted asking and felt that he had stepped out of line.
"It is an arranged marriage, Sebastian." Cial says climbing into bed.
"Yes, I know, I was out of line. You are a noble and it would only be proper for you to marry another noble." Sebastian said feeling a bit discouraged.
he curls up under the cover, "stay with me untill i fall asleep"
Sebastian raised an eyebrow. "Are you showing a demon your weaknesses?" He whispered seductively.
"just do as you're told." he says while pulling the blankets to him.
Sebastian nodded "Yes my lord" he whispered. "Sleep tight my young master"
Ciel closes his eyes and drifts off slowly
Sebastian could've easily left by now, but he was compelled to watch him sleep. It was so intriguing to watch his young master sleep. In his sleep Ciel would often have fits and his face would flush. Sebastian thought this to be quite adorable. Sebastian did up and caressed his cold cheek. For once he gave a genuine smile. He reached down and pecked Ciel on the forehead.
Ciel's dreams where filled with the voices and screams he always knew. he moved about the bed restlessly as he felt someone kiss his forehead. it calmed him slightly as his dream progressed.
Sebastian placed a warm damp towel in Ciels forehead. Hoping it would soothe him, he quickly pecked him on the cheek before leaving to go to his living quarters.
Ciel calms and falls into a deeper sleep.

Ciel wakes with a quiet yawn as he sat up.
"Good morning young master, I trust you had a good sleep." Sebastian greeted while taking the wet towel off of his face.
"As good one can." Ciel yawns again
Sebastian raised his eyebrow, Ciel really was maturing. "So I've made you herbal tea this morning, I bet that you have quite the headache after last night. And I hope you know I catered to you the entire time. Also hope that it helped"
"my forehead is still wet." he says as he grabs the tea cup off his stand.
Sebastian smiled cockily, "I could always lick it clean" hr said sarcastically before wiping his forehead with a small towel.
Sebastian noticed the blush and it brought him joy. He loved making people embarrassed. "CIIIIIEL" screamed an excited Elizabeth.
Ciel's face paled at Elizabeth's voice
Sebastian felt a smile rising, but stopped it out of respect. Elizabeth burst into the room. "Ciel!!! Look at my new dress, it had so many bows! Oh my gosh Ciel that outfit is so not cute! You vaguely resemble Sebastian, no offense Sebastian." She rambled. Sebastian glared at the girl while she wasn't looking.
Ciel kept his calm face as he listened to her rambling.
