"snack." Ciel's ears perked at the idea. "yes a snack would be fine." his tail curled slightly with happiness at the thought of cake.

Sebastian stiffened, his expression was blank but on the inside he was jumping with excitement, every cat made him excited. "I shall bring you your snack." He said leaving the room and hoping he would still be in that form when he got back. Demons forms were supposed to be repulsive but his was just plain adorable.
((if you think about it, Ciel being a cat makes perfect sense))Ciel noticed Sebastian's stiff posture before he had left and shook his head. As he turned his head he saw his tail. He groans softly and his ears lower in his sudden depression. He took a deep breath to calm himself as he heard footsteps in his direction.
Sebastian slowly peered in to see Ciel looking it the window, still in his form. He smiled deviously to himself before making his expression blank and walking in. "Today I have brought you a simple chocolate cake with vanilla shavings." He explained, placing the piece of cake on the desk.(( Ikr I think that was their original intention in the anime for season 3 but they haven't confirmed whether or not their going to make another season.))
Ciel turns to Sebastian as he walks in. his eyes zeroed in on the cake and his tail twitched with happiness. He walks over to the desk in his calm manner, secretly jumping with happiness inside. "Thank you Sebastian. Now what was the next lesson you were going to teach before you went to get my snack." he says as he sits in the chair and picks up the desert fork.
"Well considering how long it took me to... Shift, I had this lesson planned for a few days. But I suppose now that you've, learned, you can take the rest of the day off..." Sebastian replied as he observed Ciels tail twitch.
Ciel nods and stuck his fork into the cake without making a sound. He moved it to his mouth and placed it in. The chocolate coated his tongue, making him purr unconsciously.
Sebastian was on the brink of passing out, although it didn't show on his face. His eyebrow did twitch several times.
Ciel looks over at Sebastian, "Why is your eyebrow twitching?"
"Nothing young master" he assured. Sebastian turned around and stared at the door to distract himself from the purring.
Ciel finishes his cake and looks at Sebastian. Some of the frosting was smudged on his left cheek but went unnoticed by him. "Sebastian, you seem distracted. Why is this?"
Sebastian ignored his question. He was required to tell the truth but that didn't mean he had to talk. He took a small napkin and wiped Ciels cheek. He had the urge to... Pet Ciels cheek. It resembled the softness of a kittens paw.(( Fun fact about black butler, in the manga Sebastian constantly has the urge to pet Ciels face because it reminds him of kitten paws, also the creator of Black Butler out kuroshitsuji intended then to be a ship but was stopped by the publisher because he thought it would cause a lack in sales.))
((lol))Ciel closes one eye as Sebastian rubs his cheek with a napkin. his eye opens as he pulls away and he looks outside to the bright day. "I think i'll take a walk around the grounds."
"Should I accompany you? my lord" Sebastian asked as he ceased from dabbing his cheek.
"no, i can mange on my own." Ciel says getting up.
Sebastian nodded, "Yes young master." Sebastian said as he took Ciel outside. Ciel has gone back into his default form now. Sebastian sat on the porch and allowed Ciel into the grounds.
Ciel was happy knowing that the dreaded ears and tail were now gone from his view. It made his walk that much more enjoyable to him. He did see that some of the garden was a bit unkempt but would says something about it upon his return to the manor, but not now.
Sebastian let his mind wonder now that Ciel was gone. He closed his eyes and began fantasizing about his cat form. He want sleeping, more like daydreaming.
Ciel wondered throughout the property and came back after a long while. he saw Sebastian waiting on the porch for him. "Sebastian, you didn't have to wait for me."
"Unlike you, young master, I do not have a day off. I made a contract, and I must stay by your side at all times. It is imperative that I keep you safe." Sebastian replied in a monotone voice.
"if that's the case then get someone to groom the garden, it's looking a bit wild now." Ciel says as he passes Sebastian.
Sebastian nodded, "I believe I told Finny to tend to the grounds, but you know the servants. Besides Tanaka, most of them are useless." Sebastian implied, following Ciel.
Ciel nods and walks to the main sitting room and sat onto one of the couches.
"Do you need anything young master?" Sebastian asked, standing stiffly next to him.
"some tea would be good and some sandwiches too." Ciel says as he picks up the book on the side table.
Sebastian nodded. "Yes, my lord" he responded leaving the room. As soon as he left he shut the door tightly and sat against the wall. "So... Adorable" he whispered before proceeding to the kitchen.
Ciel began to read the book from the beginning and waiting for his tea to arrive.
Sebastian arrived with a small cup of tea and two small sandwiches. He was a little disappointed that Ciel was in his default form, but he ceased from showing any sign that he cared.
Ciel looked up from his book as Sebastian walks up to him. "thank you Sebastian." he says as he put the book onto his lap and grabbed one of the sandwiches.
"Your gratefulness is unusual, are you feeling alright?" Asked Sebastian sarcastically.
"I'm fine," Ciel says as he takes the cup of tea.
Sebastian stood for a moment, not knowing what else to do. "I'd like to talk to you about your eating habits." He said running a hand through the right side of his hair. "Now that I'm not so... Distracted" he muttered under his breath.
"My eating habits? What's wrong with them?" Ciel inquired.
Sebastian shook his head, "Nothing my lord, your eating habits are fine. I just wanted to inform you of how they might change during the duration of your transition. There are a lot of inhuman habits you will gain. And you may not be able to rid yourself of the human habits. But then again you have proved to be exceedingly impressing with your recent endeavors." He explained, staring intently into Ciels eyes. "Over time your hunger will fade. You will remain on your regular diet until it fully diminishes."
"i see," Ciel says, "what is your guess on when that will happen?"
"I'm guessing around the time you begin to shape shift" Sebastian replied.
"Yes, my lord" Sebastian says staring into Ciels eyes.
"Like i did today or something totally different." he inquired.
"Something a little different. I don't expect you to understand, we have literally all the time in the world." Sebastian said.
(i'm restarting the whole series)"I guess you're right." he sighs and takes a sip of his tea.
(( It doesn't exactly say it but it shows many signs. For example, in one of the episodes Sebastian leaves Ciel and Ciel goes out to look for him. Ultimately, he gets lost in the streets of London, where he's visited at night by a black cat with red eyes. Coincidence? I think not! Also Yana Kinda confirmed it... ))Sebastian stared at his pocket watch. "Young master aren't you tired, shall I ready a bath for you?"
((i see... i am looking forward to that episode)Ciel closes the book and set it on the side table again. "yes, that will be fine."
Sebastian left the room and made his way to Ciels room and began to start the bath. He took caution to not make it to hot, like he preferred.
Ciel follow after Sebastian after drinking the rest of his tea.
"I believe the water is suitable, my lord" Sebastian said without looking at Ciel as he was undressing.
"Yes." Ciel says as finishes undressing and steps into the water.
Sebastian reached for the door, not knowing whether or not he wanted Sebastian to wash him.
"Sebastian, where are you going?" Ciel looks at him
