goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "It's annoying. People are annoying. If you hadn't already noticed, I am a misanthrope and it's just part of my personality." She had tried everything to get him to leave her alone and was just about to accidentally show him a bit of her true personality.

"Slow sown there ya've gone and started ta use words I don't even understand." He knew he was pushing her buttons he just thought that it was extremely fun.

message 1904: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "A misanthrope is someone who hates all of humanity and human kind. They are often secluded and don't talk to others that much due to their hatred. They are often introverted for obvious reasons." She smirked slightly. "Doesn't it sound like me?"

message 1905: by [deleted user] (new)

"Well..." he paused and shrugged not seeing the harm in the truth, "yeah ye might just be a we bit of that."

message 1906: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Good. At least I've gotten something through your thick skull." Honey rolled her eyes. "Hey, I have a question. Why are you still here? Why haven't you walked away by now?"

message 1907: by [deleted user] (new)

"Well to be honest I've got nowhere else to be" He flashed his not so winning smile "besides why would I want to leave the company of such sunshine.

message 1908: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Well then you're clearly insane," Honey said simply as she crossed her arms.

message 1909: by [deleted user] (new)

The Dude Laughed "Well why don't ya tell me something I don't already know." He slapped his knee like he found himself particularly funny but didn't laugh.

message 1910: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) ((I love this rp more than I should.))

Honey rolled her eyes again, but her mind was racing about things that she shouldn't have been thinking about right then, like if pineapples could float.

message 1911: by [deleted user] (new)

He watched he roll her eyes and then spoke without thinking. "You know I read somewhere that if you roll your eyes too much they'll pop right outa yer skull."

message 1912: by [deleted user] (new)

((Me too its surprisingly fun))

message 1913: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Idiot," she muttered under her breath. "I honestly do not care about some old wive's tale that you heard of."

message 1914: by [deleted user] (new)

"Who said anything about a wives tale its cold hard fact one of the Hermes boys told me so." It was right about then that he realized listening to members of the Hermes cabin might not be the best idea. He looked down at his toes and back and proclaimed "Perhaps that was foolish of me."

message 1915: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) She laughed. "You really shouldn't listen to the Hermes guys. They live to play pranks on unsuspecting people. Also stay away from the Atë girls, they're even worse than the Hermes boys."

message 1916: by [deleted user] (new)

"Thanks for the advice I'll be sure to avoid both in the future." He blushed a little bit he didn't like feeling like the butt of someone elses joke.

message 1917: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Her laugh died down as she looked at her feet. "Dear lord you need to learn a lot."

message 1918: by [deleted user] (new)

"Girl, Don't I know it." he said in his best impersonation of a strong independent black woman. He jumped back from his embarassment and snapped his fingers in an arc to assert his control over the situation.

message 1919: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Honey laughed again and accidentally let out a snort. That only caused her to laugh harder and cover her mouth.

message 1920: by [deleted user] (new)

Realizing he was finally getting through to her he kept it up with an "Uh Uuuuh you best not be laughing at me girl. I'll slap you upside the head." With those words he fell over laughing at his own genius and began rolling on the ground.

message 1921: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Honey almost fell over laughing. After she had stopped -which had taken a few seconds- she just stood there with a grin. "You've officially sunken me down to your level. Good job," she said.

message 1922: by [deleted user] (new)

Murdoch Scrambled to his feet and Grinned widely and bowed deeply, "It was my pleasure Madame." He was so immensely pleased with himself he chuckled lightly to himself over a gag well done.

message 1923: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "This is exactly why I hate people," Honey stated simply, her smile slowly fading away. "Because of people like you."

message 1924: by [deleted user] (new)

"Well now wait a minute I finally think we're getting along and you go and throw a wrench in it like that.?"

message 1925: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) He made her smile slightly again. "What else would you expect from me?"

message 1926: by [deleted user] (new)

"I don't know a little gratitude for a good laugh maybe?" He smiled at her and winked.

message 1927: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Since when would I ever give someone gratitude? Seriously, it's like you haven't been talking to me for the past fifteen minutes."

message 1928: by [deleted user] (new)

"I tend to tune out the things I don't like what was it you just said?" He cupped his hand to his ears and waited for a response.

message 1929: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Honey stuck her tongue out at him like a five year old, not caring that she was being childish.

message 1930: by [deleted user] (new)

"Ahhh thats more like it he said smiling impishly at her childish behavior. He couldn't help thinking it was behavior befitting him not her.

message 1931: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) She smiled and decided to take advantage of him having his ears covered. She started to sing Lying Is The Most Fun a Girl Can Have Without Taking Her Clothes Off By Panic! At the Disco. It was just some more childish behavior.

message 1932: by [deleted user] (new)

The Dude heard her singing albeit muffled by his ears and removed them enough to hear and then spoke up quite abruptly, "Whoa Whoa Whoa WHoa WHoa WHoa Whoa Whoa. What is all this about taking all your clothes off. I'm really flattered but I've only just met you. Buy a guy dinner first." He grinned and continued to cover his ears. "Plus you sound like you could use a little practice."

message 1933: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Shut up, it's one of my favorite songs." She punched his arm softly.

message 1934: by [deleted user] (new)

"I will not" he said in his most undignified voice, "It is beneath me."

message 1935: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Honey rolled her eyes with a grin and punched his arm again, but harder.

message 1936: by [deleted user] (new)

"Ouch, and while we're at it all this punching is beneath me as well." He said grinning ear to ear and rubbing his arm.

message 1937: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "I will punch you again," She threatened, raising a fist to prove it.

message 1938: by [deleted user] (new)

"Is it just because I don't hit girls?" he said cracking a grin knowing that he would get punched again for it.

message 1939: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) He thought correctly and she punched him once more in the same spot. "It's like you want to be in pain."

message 1940: by [deleted user] (new)

"What if I told I liked it, as in I liked it a lot?"

message 1941: by goblin gender (last edited Jan 23, 2015 08:27PM) (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) She punched him once more as hard as she could. "Yeah. Have a fun time with that."

message 1942: by [deleted user] (new)

"Well I'm trying to but you keep punching me and ruining the whole thing!" He put on a grin and then switched to his best sad puppy face, "you wouldn't want to ruin my day would you?"

message 1943: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) "Sorry hon, puppy dog faces don't work on me." She punched him one last time.

message 1944: by [deleted user] (new)

"Oh really?" He said as he hit down in his knees and clasped his hands I. Front of him in a pleading way. His eye twinges a little bit he could feel a bruise forming where she kept hitting him but hey he could heal that.

message 1945: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) She laughed. "That's not puppy dog eyes, that's begging." Honey rolled her eyes at him.

message 1946: by [deleted user] (new)

"Whatever works am I right?" He looked up at her saw her laugh and stood back up and blurted out "so why aren't you allowed in camp?" He quickly covered his mouth hoping she might just ivory his social faux pax.

message 1947: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Honey stopped laughing almost immediately. She debated telling him or not. "Well... I'm not exactly a demigod. And according to a lot of people I'm a monster. And I'm not exactly the nicest person in the world." She sighed softly.

message 1948: by [deleted user] (new)

"Hmmm well I have the bruises to verify that last part but I don't see the Monstet but at all." He reached for her shoulder to rest his hand on it in a reassuring way and then hesitated unsure how it would be taken.

message 1949: by goblin gender (new)

goblin gender (blanketedmelody) Honey looked down at her feet. "I'm not a human, god, or demigod, therefore I'm a monster. Haven't you ever heard the stories of shape shifters and how they'll kill you?"

message 1950: by [deleted user] (new)

"I thought all of those were Native American legends." He shrugged and continued, "Plus as far as I can tell just because you aren't a human or a god it doesn't mean you're a monster."
