January first is the perfect day to start the clock over. My resolutions include everything from improving my health to reaching my professional goals. I would like to improve my cholesterol level and exercise twice a week. I know...seems like an easy routine...but, I'm keeping up with what will fit into my life. I would like to get at least three full length novels out. I want to focus on my family and learn to cook something new and awesome! What are your goals for 2014?

Rosanna Leo (rosanna_leo) Great goals, Pauline!
I'm trying to become more philosophical in the new year. You know, staying calm when family freaks me out, that kind of thing. I shall be easy and breezy, just like a cover girl. LOL

I'm learning to breathe and not let people stress me out so much too. Sometimes I think that's harder than shedding a few pounds!

McGee Magoo I think I would like to find a bit more moderation. I read so much and throughout my adult life it seems like the more I read the heavier I get. I'd love to manage my love for reading and my weight at the same time. I have a hard time finding middle-ground with anything.

Danielle (apyleoflove) | 1 comments I want to do some self discovery, take some time for me to find that one thing that I do best. Find a creative outlet for everything that comes along in a life like mine.

Oh Shannon, I know exactly what you mean. I have an affliction that makes me revved up or slowed down, but with meds I now stay pretty balanced, but I tend to find when I'm enthralled in a book I take in an obscene amount of coffee cake! ;)

That sounds romantic! Study abroad, or a course at a university close by. Paint, write, sculpt. Such an exciting frontier.
