JessI now what you mean. It helps me too. But some of the books I'm getting I can't download to the my Kindle but too my Kindle app.
With that being said. I'm 127/250. so far behind. I hope I can make it without changing my goal.
90/100: False colours in French by Georgette Heyer. Didn't like it. Little review

- I thought it was just okay. For a book about ghosts it was a little dry.

Both French-speaking romance authors: the books were ok
I'm now at 120 for the year. Added another to my favorites shelf last week. The Rains of Imarcia by Maria Coke. Amazing story about a world where the rains can hurt or even kill you. Loved it! Special mention to Disobedience by Alvania Scarborough. Another other-world saga but it has a familiar American West feel to it. Really good!

It's a really lovely story, so typical Sara Ramsey. I read the Mayfair series nearly in one piece and I cant wait for more from this new one.

93/100: Pulling me close by Renee Kelly: I must say, I was SO disappointed by this book that I gave it one star. First it's a serial. I don't read serials. I hate them. Two: there's a cliffhanger. I hate cliffhangers. Three: the book doesn't have a HEA. The author never mentioned those in the plot. I wish she will do it in the future but as I won't never read one of her books again, that's not my problem.

I only say wow! Regency but darker than usual and I really loved it. I'd highly recommend it.
I'm not going to make my goal, but I'm darn close. I didn't join this thread until August and didn't start really tracking my books until then. I made a goal of 100 books from August 1- Dec 31. I reached that goal awhile ago so I bumped my goal to 200. Right now, I'm at 134/200 since August 1. I might reach 150 by Dec 31.

Goal update: 636 on a goal of 500 with 4 more days to go. Not sure what I will end up with but I figure I can read at least 4 more by then :)

I'm finishing my last book tonight, which puts my total books read from August 1 at 153. My original goal was 100. Can't wait to see how many I read for an entire year and not just 4 months!

I read 52/50 books on my goal for 2014 and am REALLY glad I did this! I hope you guys enjoyed it too!
I read 178 of my goal of 200. Work got the best of me but I so enjoyed the ones I read.
I read 98 this year for pleasure but at least 25 more for work.
I finished out 2014 with a total of 644 books read on a goal of 500. Considering how slow the beginning of the year started, this was a great ending!

I read 351 books last year on a goal of 300, so I set 350 as this year's goal. I am already 8 books ahead of schedule so things are looking good to meet that goal.

Yes I read everyday! I carry a book with me at all times or should I say on ereader now! I work in retail so no, not part of the job. I don't watch much television so it's easy to read and while I am not a "speed" reader, I do read fairly fast. It's my escape/travel/have fun way of seeing the world or otherworlds :)

I seem to be doing a book a day right now as well as 3 or 4 on the weekend. I always have my Kindle with me so I'm reading while waiting in the school pick up lane or even while in the bathroom. LOL
