4/125 - the last book I finished was Raw and it only rated a 3 for me... after 3 books that just wouldn't click, I'm onto Dark Lover by JR Ward.

I’m almost finished with my 4th book of the year. I think. Maybe my 5th. Yep, yep it’s my 5th. If I keep up this pace then I will have shattered my goal by 85.2 books by year’s end. *sigh*

3/41: Breathless by V.J. Chambers
This was a YA book, not my usual fair, but it was actually pretty good because it threw in enough wild turns to make it very interesting.


4/41: Earth's Magick by Mel Massey
I'm moving on to Earth's Magick because I follow Mel Massey on Twitter and she always has the coolest artwork that she Tweets to promote her books and it made me wonder how cool her books would be.

6/50 -- Fatal Mistake Marie Force 5 stars

Changed my 6/50 book to Catching Fire and then followed it up with 7/50 Mockingjay. I loved Hunger Games but I think I need some time to think about my reaction to these two books.

Great series Millie! And catching fire movie was great. There's a lot that goes on in all the books but captivating.

I'm really looking forward to the movie, Michelle. It took me forever to get around to reading the 2nd book and I wanted to read it before I saw the movie. I think my problems are with the 3rd book, but I read them quickly and back to back and Mockingjay kind of colored my reaction to Catching Fire. Didn't hate it but really had mixed feelings.

22/150 finished Sophie Jordan-Surrender to Me **** I had problems getting into this one, it wasn't as good as her other books.
23/150 finished HarperSloan-Axel (Corps Security # 1) ***** great story, this will go on my keepers shelf. I will definitely read the other two in the series.

4/41 Mel Massey's Earth's Magick was a really interesting read full of secret ceremonies, old gods, and interesting characters.



5/41 J. Woods' Gilded Feathers
I met J. Woods over on Facebook and she's funny and nice so I thought I check out her series and so far it's really well written and pulls you deep into the story right from the beginning. I'm real interested to see where it goes.

8/50 Bring up the Bodies by Hilary Mantel. A 5-Star read for me and I can't wait to read the final book in the trilogy (which sadly doesn't come out until 2015)
After back to back substantial historical fiction (about 1000 pages between the two books) I am SO ready for a good historical romance so next I'm re-reading the Mistress Matchmaker trilogy by Jess Michaels starting with An Introduction to Pleasure.

5/41 - Just finished Glided Feathers by J. Woods an extremely well written book that's one part romance, one part fantasy, and a little part nightmare, which I greatly enjoyed



6/41- Just started Virginia is for Mysteries which is a compilation of multiple authors and short stories, one of whom is Fiona Quinn, a wonderfully nice author I met on Twitter and I look forward to reading.


7/41 - Next up will by Eden Fell by Lily a Canadian Author who is continually making me laugh here at Goodreads and this book looks really wild and little insane and I can't wait to dig into it

10/102 The Miss Education of Dr. Exeter by Jillian Stone. Just OK. After very enjoyable first two books of the series, this one was disappointing to me.

It's an erotic trilogy. Well, except one scene, I found it very good even though I shouldn't have liked it. :)

11/50: The best man to trust in French by Kerry Connor. Just good. I think this type of romantic suspense behind closed doors where anyone could be the villain is not for me. Little review
