I am the author of the Essential Scrum book. I noticed there are three editions:
1. Print edition
2. Kindle edition
3. eBook edition

If I understand correctly, these editions can be combined so all of the ratings and reviews are also combined. If this is correct, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could do that!
