Well I have the basic thing: many many years ago, this leprechaun dude hid the four charms in the land of Ireland before he died, leaving them to be found when the time needed the charms most. Then in present day, these four kids in Ireland find a ruby heart, a diamond star, an emerald clover and a sapphire moon, and they meet. But idk what happens after that. They'll probably find some book about the charms and some prophecy in it, but... I don't have a villain or anything...
