Am I the only one who likes Clancy?

I love this review. But I have to say something about Clancy. Yes he is the bad guy and he is a selfish bastard and all. But if you read the Clancy story you would see that people made him be this way. He was good, he really was. His parents (especially his FATHER), kids and teachers at his school before IAAN, the doctors, nurses and PSFs at Thurmond; made him be this way. And the only light in his life was Nico. He actually cared for him. He has done a lot of selfless acts for Nico, he really cares for him. He loves him as much as he is capable of loving anyone. But because of his past, he is scared to explore the loving part of him. He has mentioned that Nico was an exception in his life and isn't it amazing that he didn't influence Nico's mind at all? People darkened his heart. And I honestly think Nico can change him. I would like to think that they would meet some time in the future and they would start things fresh (Since Ruby doesn't remove feelings, and Nico would figure things out, him being a Green and all). I really think Clancy deserves a second chance. And Nico really deserves a happy ending. The one where he feels that he is at least important to someone.

I definitely prefer CLancy to Liam, because Clancy is so much smarter than Liam. I didn't think anyone else out there liked CLancy too, but this discussion has showed there are more CLancy lovers out there :)

I recently read this series and I actually really like his character. I wish there would have been a little more of him in the series.
