Employee of the Month Challenge

Starting in 2014 there will be a new employee of the month randomly selected from the group. There will be a list of questions for the EOTM to answer about themselves. Each month there will be a challenge based on their answers. There's no limits to how many books you read for the challenge and you have been challenged to use your creativity for this one :)

So for example if the EOTM lives in Florida you could read a book set in Florida or you could read an author that has the same name as the EOTM, etc.

The new employee of the month will be posted a week before the new month so that he/she has time to answer the questions and the members have time to look for books that would fit.

This month's EOTM will post her answers and as soon as that's done the challenge will start and run till the end of the month. The EOTM will be announced a week before the new month starts.
