Any ideas on what we should read?

Slackyb (goodreadscomslackyb) | 4 comments Certainly a great title.

Here's a lists that draws from several different eras:
The Last Days of Socrates (Penguin compilation).
The Metaphysics of Aristotle.
Meditations of Marcus Aurelius.
Pensees of Pascal.
An Enquiry Concerning Human Understanding by David Hume.
Continental Philosophy since 1750 by Robert C. Solomon.
Beyond Good and Evil by Nietzsche.
Phenomenology of Spirt by Hegel.
Tractatus by Wittgenstein.
Being and Nothingness by Sartre.
Introducing Lacan by Darian Leader.
Limited Inc by Jacques Derrida.
Contingency, Irony and Solidarity by Richard Rorty.

I realize this overlooks some of the frequently read philosophers, such as Descartes, Kant, Marx. This list just contains the titles I prefer.
