Personality: Tatsuo is a stubborn, semi arrogant, jerk of a man. Tatsuo, despite being a member of Fairy Tail, is very selfish and stuck up. He likes to show off and joke around people and comes off as quite rude. Tatsuo often gets into spars to demonstrate his power. He doesn’t have many friends since hes either rude or scary to most of the other mages. Despite all hes social weaknesses, Tatsuo has a REAL soft spot for animals which is rather funny due to his bulk size and ignorant nature. Tatsuo, also, and surprisingly dose care about the people around them and will protect them, despite being a massive jerk and all.

History: Tatsuo's early life isn't known, not even Tatsuo knows his life before Poseidra. Tatsuo started to train how to be a Dragon Slayer at the age of seven. This is his earliest memory, to him, he has no real family that he knows of, only hi teacher, Poseidra. He was like a father to him, a father he never had. Poseidra trained Tatsuo how to use and master his magic, mainly by having the child catch fish for their supper, and teaching tatsuo that water dragon magic is the strongest of the slayer magics (in his bias opinion). He taught Tatsuo how to heal minor injuries and breath underwater, a very useful trait of this magic. He learnt to powerful, offencive side to his magic by practicing on small ships, mainly pirates who came too close to bury their treasure or to terrorise to local harbor. At the age of twelve, while coming back from fishing, Tatsuo had the shock of his life, finding out that Poseidra, his foster father had gone missing. He was shattered. For three years Tatsuo remained at his tiny island, hoping that one day Poseidra would come back. After those years of waiting Tatsuo finally came to the decision that his father was never coming back, so he left the place and swam to the shore. He asked around and stayed at the inn, asking if anyone had seen a dragon three years ago, he got nothing but laughs and fisherman tales or sea serpents.
Weeks had passed, with no success, so Tatuo moved on, out into the wilds, hunting and gathering and living off the land. Tatsuo did run into some towns, which he did asked around for his missing father, tho, yet again, he got nothing but laughs. This started to annoy Tatsuo, a lot. One day, five years after Poseidra's disappearance, Tatsuo was out getting food when there he heard some noises through the forest, so he went out to see what it was. Peering out of a bush Tatsuo saw three mages take on a whole bandit camp. He was amazed at how easy they defeated the bandits. He watched them take the bandits and head off, Tatsuo followed a good distance behind, remaining unnoticed. Several days later, Tatsuo came upon the town of Magnolia, where he followed the three mages to a guild. A guild? For Mages? Tatsuo never has heard of such a thing, maybe he should join it. Tatsuo walked into the guild and looked around, he went to the bar and asked about the place. After sometime of listening, Tatsuo joined the guild, getting a deep blue symbol on the palm of his right hand. Which leads him today, as a member of Fairy tail.

History: Haru doesn't really talk to his mom and dad that often and when he does it's normally "Yes Ma'am" and "No Sir" coming from him. As he grew up his father was displeased that he did not want to take over the family business and be just like him so he outcast-ed is own son while his wife did the same, following in her husbands footsteps. Neither of them were home so it was just Haru and his friend, Lucifer. Lucifer was a white German Shepherd and he and Haru did everything together while his parents were away. One day his dad decided to send him off to live with his Aunt in Magnolia. Haru did this still not knowing about his magical capabilities.

Look I created a new character!Name: Samuel (Sam, or Sami if you want to annoy him) Jetson

Appearance: Samuel has Brown hair with green faded eyes. He keeps his left eye carefully bandaged and hidden because underneath is Angle's/Devil's eye. It is a magic eye with a star instead of the pupil. Samuel is 5'10 and weighs 195lbs and is relatively skinny. He likes to wear baggy black pants with zippers right above the knee, allowing him to unzip the bottom part and have short. His shirt is the same, having zippers where the t-shirt sleeve would be. His shirt is an indigo. Samuel also carries about a messenger bag with all his necessities.
Personality: Samuel is usually a cautious kid who had lost all good emotions as a small child. All he can feel now is sadness, fear, and anger, though he want to be able to feel the rest at least one more time. He never allows anyone see under his eye patch, and for good reasons too. Whenever someone owns the Angle's/Devil's eye, they also have multi-personality disorder. They could either be the angle side or the devil side, hence the name. What triggers the devil's personality is having the eye open when the user is scared, provoked, or in danger. When it is triggered Samuel is a completely different person, and to be quick, goes insane. He goes from a weak, timid person into a battle, pain loving maniac. Samuel always has a freaky smile on his face and laughs all the time. Also he will become basically unstoppable until he feels safe and reverts back into his normal self.

Magic: Angle's/Devil's Eye
This eye allows the user to be like an angle, controlling feathers, creating wings, and wielding the Holy Tomb. The Holy Tomb is a book with "spells" or "weapons" and summons certain weapons.

1) His timid personality can sometimes stop him from doing certain things

Artemis/Izanami A holy relic, it's considered to be a weapon of highly destructive capabilities — tying with the spear of Izanagi as second in offensive power; not only that, because of the multiple forms it possesses, it's considered to be one of the more flexible relics. It's because of this that it's another relic that's highly sought after; dubbed as the "Radiant Sovereign of God" it has an ornate appearance like its sword counterpart. In its basic form, it takes the form of a golden elongated long bow with two prongs coming from the edges; it has a small holes near its center and the central piece is made of soft, brown leather with the hilt of each piece of the bow connected to each other, giving an additional small pointed golden piece at the dead center. There seems to be inward curves located near each of the bow pieces handle, which makes up the central grip. The edges are incredibly sharp — typical of a weapon that's known to have multiple forms and is bladed, with a string of pure mystical energy serving as the bowstring that launches the ethereal yet powerful and destructive arrows.

Izanagi a holy relic, it's one of the few offensive weapons belonging to it — second in terms of power; however, it's noted to be versatile in its own regard, it's true abilities seen when mastered to its fullest extent. Referred to as the "Genocidal Spear of God" it has an appearance that makes all others look plain in-comparison. Taking the form of a long, bright golden spear — the tip is dual-pronged being very close together. In the middle extending to the neck of where the tip and pole meets, there are intricate designs which have a religious context to it; from the sides are openings that are attacked to the center that's also ornate, having patterns on the edges. From said openings are feather-like constructs that are arranged in the same fashion as a Phoenix's wing. From the base of the spear, there's a snake-based design that coils along the staff reaching the mid-center of said weapon. At the very bottom of the spear is a sharp-edge in the form of a diamond-esque construct, which is also gold in color; it can be used as a weapon as well, making the spear double-edged in nature. It's known that the spear is the same size as the staff, being twice the user's length.

History: Samuel was born into a peaceful family in the city called Malba City. His family never really thought anything of his eye, other than that it was different. They also did not think that it was magical because magic did not run in the family. They loved Samuel a lot and always smiled and laughed, that was until one day when he was five. When he was five his family and he went on a nice trip when they were bombarded by bandits. The bandits started to attack his family, attacking his mom before coming after him. When they came towards him fear swelled up inside him and his eye was triggered. He turned from his loving smiling child into a blood thirsty child, slaughtering all the bandits before returning back to his normal self. His father was terrified when Samuel did what he did and his mother was just as shocked. After Samuel noticed what he did, he was scared and fell to the ground. When his mother went to comfort him, Samuels father yelled at her not to go near that 'monster' and Samuel agree with him, only going home with his mother and father after many hours of trying. About a week later, in the night, Samuel over hear his parents arguing about how his father wanted to leave him on the streets because one day he might hurt them, of course his mom defended him, but this sadly resulted in his father leaving. His mother and him from there on lived alone, having to deal with Samuel and his eye.
His mom came up with the idea to rap it, saying "If it is rapped then if you are ever in trouble it will not activate your other self." he smiled at the thought and agreed. Sadly though the peace would not last long. People soon figured out about what Samuel did and bullied him around, calling him a monster, hurting him more when he would show emotion, saying that a monster deserves to be in this pain. In no time he lost all good emotion, just leaving him as a sad and depressed shell of a person, who mot even his mom could save. Yet secretly he would go out and try to summon Artemis or Izanagi. He was successful as summoning Izanagi, which eventually grew to be his favorite weapon, and later summoning Artemis. Finally when he was 14 he heard about a guild called Fairytail, and packed up to go and see if he could join, and see if he could actually have a purpose. Finally he arrived and gained his stigma, and is now a proud member (Even though he cannot feel pride) of Fairytail.

I don't think you can just go to a library and read up on how to use some of the most powerful and deadly magic in all of Fiore.

Also I would suggest that you try to add more detail and put some more punctuation throughout your template. This character also has quite a few different magic types.

Personality: Daiki is definitely a forced to be reckoned with, he doesn't speak much at all but gives off this somewhat intimidating vibe. He is easy to get along with, but don't expect much from him in a conversation, for he doesn't talk much. He is very serious however, and is known for this attitude. So try to refrain from pushing his buttons. He is extremely loyal, and stands up for what he thinks is right or just in any way. He does not hesitate to act if a guild mate is in danger.

History: Daiki was born into an extremely poor family many years ago, so poor, they could barely feed themselves. This was because his mom and dad weren't physically capable to find jobs, so Daiki had to go to work at a very young age. He basically worked as a slave in fields. All he would do all day was harvest crops, feed cattle, bathe, repeat. He never really received any formal education, and for the longest time, people at Fairy Tail had to teach him everything that he learned. He was born with an odd power, though. At his young age, his demonic body magic would only lash out when he was angered by something. Everytime he lashed out at somebody, they'd be dead, and he would never know how this happened. He doesn't even know why he was born in Fiore with this power. At his young age, he never wished he had this power, he despised it. Constantly killing nearly everyone, but nobody tried to stop him which confused him even more. This power nearly made him commit suicide many times before learning how to control it. He wondered why, out of the many people in Fiore; why was he blessed with this curse? But he soon learned out to control this power, and it changed him, all the power. It made him act irrationally, and like he was the boss of everyone. This distracted him from his working, so his parents became extremely angered at him, and began to beat him because he wasn't working nearly as often. He acted out, killing his parents. Horrified, he fled to Fairy Tail, where he seeked rehabilitation

Personality: Yuki has a will nearly as strong as Erza's. He is determined in everything he does, and has every desire to accomplish his goal at that given moment. He isn't too smart, but is outgoing, and very friendly. But, when someone's life is in danger, all of his happy attitudes vanish. He becomes a killing machine. But, he isn't the best combatant either, but will do his best to take the enemy down. He greatly admires Erza, and wishes to one day confront her in battle, and defeat her. Even though this dream is a serious long shot, he is determined to accomplish it.

History:
Yuki was born in a very very rich family far outside of the territory of Magnolia. He had no idea that magical guilds existed, and until he was about 12, he didn't know what magic even was. Though, magic was used all over his family. His father had his own batallion of soldiers that used Requip Magic. His family were the richest in all the land, and his father owned a railroad-making company which provided them with billions of jewels. They were envied by many other companies surrounding them, hated even.
Yuki would spend a lot of his teenage life down in his fahter's barracks. He would spend hours and hours training with his fahter's best soldiers to master the magic they had, he found it incredibly interesting. But he never liked the feel of the swords, any swords, really. He had horrible dexterity with those types of weapons. But with a scythe, however, he was a master with the use of the Requip magic. He wasn't even close, though. It was a self-proclaimed mastery.
His father enjoyed that Yuki was getting along with the others so fondly, he cherished it even. Since Yuki will inherit his father's fortunes after he passes away, it's good that Yuki is getting to know everyone. But, this also puts Yuki in danger, since he's the inheritance of this fortune, he is the vulnerable to attackers of the most wealthy company around.
A few years after Yuki had mastered his scythe requipping ability, the family manor was ambushed. In the middle of the night, hundreds of people silently snuck into the house. Before breaching it, the managed to sneak by all of the guards posted outside, and all of the security systems. How was this possible? The question still haunts Yuki today.
When they had broken in, they had made their way into Yuki's room- about 5 of them- they knocked him out, and carried him out into a car parked outside. One thing Yuki never saw was; they had killed all the guards, and took out the security systems. While all of this was happening, other men had been planting explosive lacrima in the house, everywhere. When all the men had hastily left the house, they had all gotten into some cars, leaving. A faint memory that Yuki has is; he remembered waking up for a second or two, and watching his home explode.
They took him to Magnolia. Why? Nobody knows. Why didn't they kill him with everyone else? He doesn't know. But, he did hear rumors about a magical guild called Fairy Tail. He joined up, needing a new home.

Personality: Despite his lonely and brutal past, Kojou has quite a bright and intelligent personality. He enjoys to engage in long conversations and enjoys making friends. He's very outgoing but is extremely deadly in combat. He won't stop until a threat to the guild is eliminated. And won't rest until his members are safe.

History: Kojou was born without a family, without a home, without anyone who loved him. He was never shown affection with any sort of parents or family members, because he never had any. In fact, the only memories he retains are those on the heaven tower; a slave to the torment of its keepers. Though, he never met Erza, or Jellal, or any of them because he worked on a totally different part of the tower, away from all of them. He tried to be as obedient as possible, he knew if he wasn't, he was tortured by the guards. He was always a silent child that always did what he was told to do, a good child. He was constantly underfed and worked in very poor conditions. But everyone he knew or met, was dragged off to become a sacrifice for this new 'machine.' He always questioned why it was others but never him who was sacrificed. This brought him great distraught. He began to wonder What if the guards hate me? They're only killing those who have affiliation with me! He hated the thought of this. But all he saw every day was someone being tortured, beaten, killed, bringing him closer and closer to traumatization. He couldn't handle it anymore. On the verge of snapping, right before he attacked the guards an explosion could be heard near his location on the tower. Two children were leading a revolt. A blue haired boy and red haired girl. He never learned the identities of these people, but cherishes them. He fled the island, however, going to Magnolia. He still had no where to stay, no one to take care of him. About two years after these incidents, a man by the name of Kraemoon orphaned him. He taught him everything Kojou knows today. Writing, math, sciences, etc. He also taught him in the art of fire devil slaying magic. Like god slaying magic, this magic gives off a different color, a blue color. He then sent Kojou off, advising him to join a guild known as Fairy Tail. Kojou headed there, where he now resides.
