Honestly, I have JUST begun to really use my library. I just got my very first "reserved" book today:
Now I need a buddy read! LOL
Congrats! We have a BR here on the group for that one on 2/20 but I think you would have to return it by then.. Unless you could renew it?
YAY! I thought there was a buddy read for it. It's due back on Jan. 21, but I can renew it four times IF no one else is waiting for it...what to do?

I have only just started so just say the word! :D

YAY!!! Aren't you glad to see that I am not doing too many buddy reads this year? LOL Jacquelyn and Gisbelle sure named this group correctly: CRAZY!! LOL

Well looks like my reading plans have been changed on me. Driving home from my sisters house and since my boyfriend is super sick with the cold I still have (much worse than me), it looks like I will be driving most of the 8 hour drive. because if this, it turns out my first 2014 book is the audiobook of life of pi.
Im finishing up Hunted and will start The Giver. I didnt choose a specific one, just kept reading along.
It was a re-read so don't no whether that counts or not. It's one of my absolute favorite books so I just had to start the new year by reading this one again!
My first book was Starcrossed by Josephine Angelini. It was definitely a great pick for the start of year! A mix of dystopian, paranormal romance and Greek mythology. Awesome!
I started the year off with the best book I've read in a while.
and I'm reading
now. I'm dying to discuss this series! :)
The first book I read in 2014 was Looking for Alaska by John Green. I actually have jumped on the John Green band-wagon late. I loved the novel and have fallen in love with his writing, like the rest of the world. I have gotten Paper Towns, and can't wait to dive into it as well.
