I say pacing in front of Anderson trying to figure out what was happening "A stone your girl's maid has is likely how the Alpha got such a large pack, it's called a Moon stone depending on whether it has a black or white center can enhance either a werewolf's or Vampires abilities tremendously, while hunting your friend centuries ago, before she turned, the Alpha lost the one he was using to hunt out large numbers of human game, the maid found another one when they came to the states, what with this Dmitri person already after the girl for getting away from him, he must've assumed she also had his stone and some how found out the maid found one. It's only a guess but a good one if I must say." I nodded understanding, if vaguely, what he was getting at it fit with what he said about wolves being sinners who couldn't help but continue to commit sin. Also if this stone was what he was after I was gonna make sure that thrice hell blasted hound was NEVER gonna get his hand on it.I made my way upstairs hoping to get some time alone with Violet and tell her of the precautions Anderson was making to keep the wolves out permanently. I knocked opening the door to her stunning visage, her pale skin making beautiful contrast with the pale pink of her dress, stopping, smiling and simply admiring how beautiful she looked and feeling heat wash over me as I remembered her feeding from me earlier.
"Hello my sweet Dante." I said looking at him now with my eyes that burnt with terrific passion upon seeing him in my room once again. The memories of the night before flooded back into my mind as Emily slowly left the room.
"Evening Violet," I say and nod to Emily as she leaves the room. I close the door and walk in "So how are we feeling? I realize today was...less than too be expected after the other night." I say slightly embarrassed that I hadn't been able to stop the bastard mutts in the first place.
I moaned a little looking him over liking his sexiness and being in my room I pulled him toward me and started to kiss him with passion. I had no idea what was to come of me in a couple of weeks.
mmmm I lost myself in our kiss feeling her tongue wrestle with mine, my hands digging into the fabric of her dress and grabbing solidly onto her hips, pulling her too me tightly. When we finally came up for air, our breathing heavy and eyes half open I couldn't help a smart remark "Someone's happy to see me it seems?"
"I am very happy." I said with a gentle smile and let him hold me.

It'd been about a month since Dmitri's attack and things were quiet for the time being Maxwell and Rebecca had decided to push the wedding up due to her Father getting ill. Both got scared and decided it best to push it up so that all their loved ones could be there. I was happy for the bastard and I suppose I knew how he felt now that I had Violet with me. The weather was starting to turn and the both of us were wrapped up relaxing by the fire place a roaring fire going while Maxwell and some of the staff worked on the evening meal. Both of us sat there silent content with just being together.
I looked at Dante nervously that's honestly why I was so quiet but I was also very happy to be with him. How am I supposed to tell him? I wondered to myself feeling the fetus roll around and kicking. I made no noise to show that I was pained. I've been hiding my discovery since last Friday. I was worried that something would go drastically wrong. I finally gathered myself together and said,"Dante I need to tell you something."
I look over to her a little surprised, her tone made her sound like she was a child about to admit having stolen a cookie, "What Violet? Is something wrong?" I ask curious at this point, it wasn't too much like her to keep things from me at least for long.
"I think I'm pregnant."I said looking up at him.
As a trained hunter, i've seen and heard things that would make a grown man crawl up into a corner and stay that way for a year and a day. I've done things that would give the devil nightmares and still slept soundly. This however....succeeded in, I begrudgingly admit, making me faint.
I caught him and set him down and rested his head into my lap after I sat down.
"mmmmmmmm." I groaned cracking my eyes open groggily, I looked up to see Violet bent over me. I was about to ask what happened when what she said hit me, without saying a word I lifted my gloved hand to my face, using my teeth to take it off and after tossing it to the side I worked my hand under her dress to her bare stomach. I let my hand lay there for a few minutes. Finally, I felt it, just the barest nudges beneath the surface. I honestly didn't know how to react, I had a whole mountain of emotions ready to burst from me to be expressed but I just laid there. My head in her lap, my hand against her stomach, the barest hint of the life growing inside her. Eventually I felt a warm tear stream down my face and broke out in a grin so large I swear my face would crack.
"Are you okay my darling?" I asked gentally raking my fingers through his hair.
Wiping the tear away all I could say is "Yes sweet hear, I very well am, now if you'll give me one minute," I then preceded to stand back up and begin running and yelling for Anderson and Maxwell to give them the good news.
I smiled seeing that he was so happy with me and the baby. I rubbed my stomach gentally and smiled.
After many congratulations from Maxwell and Anderson giving me more than one whimsical "What am i going to do with you?" look, I took Violet back upstairs to our room to relax, still feeling a it peckish even after Maxwell's steaks, I grabbed a bowl of fruit to take up with us. Curious I asked Violet, once were settled down playfully feeding each other, " So how long have you know about our little bundle of joy?"
"Last friday," I explained, "It was when you were off hunting with Mr.Lincoln."
"hmph, makes me wish i'd let Abe deal with that on his own" I laughed, I fed her a grape, rubbing my hand on her belly unable to keep the smile off my face "So...what do you think it'll be?" I asked rubbing up and down "A beautiful girl like her mother?" I said looking into those deep brown pools that I drowned in when we first met, and I had refused to leave since.
"I honestly think their going to be opposite genders." I said because I did feel two pairs of feet.
I just stared at her, I could feel my mouth slowly open but no words come out, and unfortunately I hate to say again I fainted as manly a way as I could. Which is to say my eyes rolled up to the back of my head and passed out on our bed.
I smiled and moved the bowl of fruit to the nightstand and watched that he was fast asleep
I woke up again, slightly dazed, to see it had grown darker outside and Violet changed into her night shift reading one of her books. She looked over at me, one of her playful smiles playing at the edges of her lips "Sweetie," I said wiping the sleep from my eyes "Please let's try not to make me pass out okay?" I said my face breaking out into a grin. I sat up, I grabbed the book from her hand marking the page for her and set it on the nightstand with the fruit. I straddled her and placed a kiss on her full, warm lips.
I moaned lightly feeling much delight to the attention I was getting from my sexy Dante.I kissed him back ofcourse wanting him to make love with me once again.
My eyes shot open with a thought as my hands worked down her sides as I felt her skin move under my fingers. I pulled back startling her slightly "Is it okay for us to..you know? With the babies?" I asked a little embarrassed for asking.
"Yes I talked to Emily about that and she says it makes things easier for when I have to go into labor." I said looking at him with the sweetest smile.
Laughing i say "Well I'm not one to argue with a witch, at least if i feel like keeping my manhood," I lean in close and whisper in her ear "Especially for what I want to do to you." I kiss her cheek, running hands lower, and bringing them back up under her gown, bringing my hands up massaging her sides, hips, and back.
I moaned, as I enjoyed the immense pleasure he was giving me. "You know how to please me don't you." I whispered in his ear sexually before I nipped at his earlobe.

"Violet this stone is the moon stone." She pronounced slowly. "I think Dimitri thinks that you stole this from him and that's why he's after you."She explained.
"Why do you have it?" I asked her a little upset to find out that my running all had to do with a stupid stone. "Please explain." I requested as she brushed my hair for me.
"I found it but didn't study it until I showed it to the Father."
