((Hmm, few days after, Ozzie is confused how to pursue the ongoing dilemma ?))
Ozzie was sitting alone on a lunch table in the university's cafe. For the best part, he had been avoiding both Amber and jade.
Jade strutted into the cafeteria and went and sat down beside Ozzie, her group of friends following "hey Oz" she said, leaning close and pecking his lips
He raised his brows at her friends who seems to trott behind her always. "Hey, how's your day going ?" he asked with a little smile.
She sighed "awful up until now" she said "that girl.... Um.... Jess forgoes i think. The really ugly one. She came up and trued to talk to me" she exclaimed
He looked at her first a little surprised than frowned, "You shouldn't be like this jade. It's God who made you like this, don't be arrogant."
"I know Ozzie i thank god every day for making me beautiful but sometimes i question why he makes people like her think that they can speak to people like me" she said, opening her water bottle
He shook his head in annoyance and pulled her close, "If you're like this than God will turn you into ugly, although there is no problem in being ugly. I would have dated you even if you were her."
She shook her head "ewww Ozzie don't even say that. God won't make my ugly he can punish others with that. I am not ugly and will never be" she told him
"It's not punishment jade, don't be arrogant." he snapped at her feeling agitated by her behaviour.
"Well than why would go make people ugly? Just to make them feel bad about themselves?" She asked, not liking how he snapped at her
"I'm not God to know about it. But atleast she's nice unlike you." he retorted, sipping his dew.
Her eyes went wide "i'm nice" she snapped, embarrassed that he had said that to her in front of all her friends
"Than why you are bitching out, that she talked to you ?" he asked, a little frustrated.
"Because i didn't want to talk to her" she said, knowing that her friends were watching them now
"It's no excuse for being a bitch towards other people. You should respect them, just like Amber do."
Her cheeks heated "just like AMBER does?" She asked, angry that he had just compared her
"Yeah, she is president's daughter, yet she isn't arrogant like you." he replied, tired of her words.
"I thought you said you didn't compare us?" She said, the hurt and embarrassment in her voice obvious "Ozzie if your doing what i think your going to do your making a huge mistake. I'm sorry i was being horrible but i don't see how that affects our relationship."
"I don't compare you guys but when you're mean towards others, I have to do that." he replied, looking at her with a frown, thinking what just she had said, "I don't know what you mean or what you think I'm doing. Speak straight, not in codes."
"It doesn't matter if you only compare us sometimes or all the time Ozzie. If you want her that bad then jut spare me and end this already" she said, her cheeks getting slightly pink and tears forming in her eyes
He looked at her, hurt clearly evident in his eyes. "Wants that bad ? Is that you think of me ? you're the one who's sitting her with me. Of course you're my girlfriend but I.doubts you consider me your boyfriend."
"Of course i don't want her with you!" She spat "you're my boyfriend. I just hope it stays that way" she said
"You can just hope jade, you won't do anything. It looks like you're pushing me away always."
"Why would i push you away?" She asked with an offended look "i'm not an idiot Ozzie" she said
"But you behave like one." he muttered under his breath, hoping she hadn't heard him.
She looked at him with obvious hurt "what?...." She asked softly
"Nothing, now I have a class, I think you're there with me too." he said getting up.
She stood frozen, shaking her head "no Ozzie what did you say?" She asked, even though she knew what he had said
He looked into her eyes, "I said you behave like an idiot sometimes. It's just you and your arrogance. I'm a prized trophy for you to show off right ?"
"No of course not" she said "why would you say that?" She asked, really hurt by his words
"Really ? Because it seems like that. Where were you from last few days ? You didn't even checked on me." he accused.
"I needed some space Ozzie. Is that too much to ask?" She said, a few tears beginning to slip down her cheeks, leaving trails on her face
"Space ? From what ? I don't impose anything on you. You even invited me in to your room, I declined. and you speak about space." he said impatiently, getting late.
