During live shows, Portal's vocalist even used to costume himself as one of the lovecraftean alien beings shown on the cover:

Sadly, it seems that costume isn't used anymore.

He probably got too hot in there. What does Glumurphonel mean, or it is a name?

Just watched the movie version of Les Misérables. Not only a beautiful musical, but most of the actors (Russel Crowe, Hugh Jackman, Anne Hathaway etc.) really sang their songs by themselves, which surprised and astounded me.

I wish he'd been in that costume when I saw them a few years back. The Evil Pope getup was still kind of cool, though.

Thanks for these lists Michael, much listening to be done. I am aware of, and very much like, about half off your "Old school"-list (Xmal Deutschland! That's a name from the past!) and I'm sure to find something among the newer stuff!

I love 'With or Without You' but I don't really know many of U2's other songs or the ones I know I just kind of think are ok. Like, I wouldn't go out of my way to listen to them but if they happen to come on I'm happy to listen to them.
