Black Metal from North Dakota. The strange thing about this band is the fact that they originally signed the Chinese label Pest Productions and pretended to hail from the People's Republic of China. While the per capita ratio of metal bands in China is rather low, I wouldn't say it is an "exotic" country of origin anymore, since the Chinese bands & scene are quite reknown now.
