Elderly Woman Behind the Counter in a Small Town by Pearl Jam

Love Billy Joel. First concert I attended was 30 years ago last month when he played Dallas on his 'An Innocent Man' tour.

I'm so jealous, Michael! He's doing all these shows at the Garden in NYC, but the ticket prices are way out of my range. Which is too bad because I would love to seem him live, at least once. :)

My borderline-OCD self still has that ticket stub. The face value of the ticket was (I think) $14.50.
That show provided one of my all-time favorite moments, even almost 200 concerts later. As Billy played the piano and sang the intro part for "Scenes from an Italian Restaurant", the rest of his band proceeded to bring out a table, a red/white-checkered tablecloth, a bottle of wine & glasses and toasted each other while Billy performed.
The Diary of Jane By Breaking Benjamin
Psycho Killer by Talking Heads.

Nice one, it was on the Kill Bill soundtrack, my dad said it was one of the saddest songs he has ever heard lol.

I'm listening to a 4 hour long lecture from Alan Watts called "You're it". I love his stuff, it's great while I'm working.
Riders on the Storm by The Doors.

Is that the censored radio version or the extended dance version?"

Split Enz! Holy molly! I tripped out on them with the release of the album True Colours. It was pretty trippy with the vinyl album being laser etched! The young Finn brothers.

Crap! I got confused. I was thinking of Celine Dion's Falling into you (even though you have a dog face, René!). My bad!

That's my wife's favorite version. She turns it up real loud so the paint peels of the walls. Then she starts singing Pat Benatar's great classic Hit him with my elbows (so he'll turn over...)
