Just resting after a hard 10k in Bristol still 46 mins prob not bad for an old guy of 61. There was a lot of competition to beat!
Wow Trev, you got 13 years on me, but I haven't more than 2 minutes on you. 46 is amazingly good. Running works fine now then, or do you still bike more?

Today was tough as there were lots of people I know and most of the way around I was "dueling" with one of the solicitors from work. The weather was perfect, the Bristol 10k is a big city run prob around 12000 people here today
