Can't argue with you there, Thomas - they've made two albums I'm addicted to at the minute, and which will keep me going until the new Bad Seeds album in Sept.
Mick Harvey - Intoxicated Man.

The intro still makes me feel like I can leap tall buildings in a single bound - 'Bollocks' was a game changing album.

Indeed. And boy did it ever need it. Might say the same today. The interview above is funny and interesting. Nevermind. Never Mind.

Played on what looks like a hand-made, three-string, possibly haunted, cigar box guitar.

Been watching the movie "Chef" hence all the GCJ.

Placebo - Running Up That Hill
not as good as the original

I just caught a glimpse of Tony Hadley singing I Know This Much I True at a recent festival on tv.
Barbarous Pomerania - Spirit of 300 from Rana Island

This live version of "Bumpin'On Sunset" has to be one of the finest ever recorded. and Alex Ligertwood's vocal is superb. --

She married an Englishman and lives on Cornwall. Still very active but doing more stage performance stuff.

-- I just looked her up and it seems she has been releasing music this whole time, the latest being a 2-CD set "The Light Princess" (Original Cast Recording) was released on October 9, 2015 - I lost track of her around 2005. --

I lost track of her in the lates '90s shortly after seeing her in concert, which was spectacular btw. It was just after she released "Under The Pink" and she was still living in Taos, New Mexico, where it was recorded in an old hacienda and near where I lived. I remember some story about a stranger appearing in the middle of the night when she was recording and getting them all really high and some peyote buttons and seeing ancient spirits and such.
