A classic that will be on my playlists for like ever. I'm sure you know it well but if not Grandaddy's Sophtware Slump goes well with Pink Robots.

Graveland - Following the Voice of Blood

Rob Darken, black & pagan metal's equivalent to Basil Poledouris, who already did Game of Thrones cosplays before even the first volume was published. Simply have to like that guy.

Some folks here ask "What Scares You?" and other such questions. Well, watch this vid and you'll see something that scares me. It's the cover image from RATM's eponymous album, and it's a real image. If you don't know the story, read about it. Capture that in a novel and you're set.

That dog'll hunt, too. English Settlement was my first XTC album and I still love it. "Melt the Guns" "No Thugs In Our House." All good.

Bill (llibrro) | 1113 comments Joey wrote: "The Flaming Lips - Yoshimi Battles The Pink Robots"I love this band. They have so much talent and make great music. However, I wish someone had grabbed them up by the scruff of their collective necks, slapped them around a few times, and said "What in the hell were you thinking? The Flaming Lips? Is that the best name you could come up with? My third grader could have done better." I know it's an anatomical metaphor for something we all know and love, but geez, Louise.

I remember back in the day I used to sit in class and draw this album cover and Van Halen's over and over on desks, my notebooks, girl's legs, whatever.
