Something Better Change by The Stranglers.
Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This) by Eurythmics.

"They ripped that off Marilyn Manson".
(Yeah, I actually heard someone say this. Then again, I also heard someone ask if Paul McCartney was in a band before Wings.)

I don't know whether to laugh or cry to that statement, Beau! I do like the Manson cover though.

Pixies are one of my all time favourite bands and, despite my reasonably low expectations, Indie Cindy is still a disappointment unfortunately.

Seven Spanish Angels by Ray Charles and Willie Nelson
Are 'Friends' Electric? by Tubeway Army.

Too bad. It's always hard to recapture the magic, isn't it?

Have you seen Pixies' live performance in 2004 at the Eurockéennes festival? The magic was definitely alive for that performance. Extraordinary.

I don't think so. I remember seeing a documentary interspersed with live performances several years ago but I don't recall the name. Thanks Horror, I'll check it out.

Well played. I used to love to stomp to that one on the dance floors back in the 90's.
