This is a stand alone read ... even though it is the 2nd book in the Spiralling Trilogy - it does stand alone - you don't have to read book one to read this one.
Tabbie's best friend has moved interstate. Momentarily Tabbie enjoys the attention she receives now that her popular friend is out of the picture - until she misses her beyond words and schemes a way for her friend to return.
