Mockingjay question

Catching Fire was my favourite in the trilogy. Although the world Katniss and co live in is hellish in The Hunger Games I really enjoyed how it morphed into a nightmare in book 2 when she and Peeta had to revisit the arena again and how they responded to the Capitol with their defiant attitudes for sending them back.

My feelings on Mockingjay are still very mixed. Its the ending the trilogy needed but for me Katniss lost her spark, which I suppose is to be expected when you are a revolution's figurehead and not it's leader.

My favourite book is "Catching Fire" becuse i loved the idea of the arena, tick tock!!!

Catching fire, that's were everything happens. Te story starts to pick up and you can see Katniss and Peeta's relationship grow.

Catching Fire was definitely my favourite book from the series. In this book you can see the spark of revolution from the districts towards the capitals. Also the arena was incredible and very well thought out.
Also there is a Katniss and Peeta romance on the train and on the beach!! BONUS!!

I like catching fire best because of all the new characters like finnick! Also all the part the gale appears... That is why I don't like the last book the end is to abrupt we don't know what. Happened to other characters like her mom of haymich or in general PANEM ( plus I wanted her to end up with gale)

Catching fire!! cause finnick is my favorite character. Hunger games book doesn't have finnick and in mockingjay, he died.

The last book was my favorite. It had action especially towards the end. It was saddening also at the same time which is why it was awesome. It simply had alot more things incorporated in the book.

My favorite one was the second one because it is more romatic and there is a love triangle between Katniss, Peeta, and Gale

My favorite was the 3rd one. I liked the 1st one too. I honestly didnt really like the 2nd one. I liked the characters, but the plot (except the last chapter) was the same as the 1st one. The 3rd was AMAZING! It was captivating and very suspenseful.

The First one was my favourite, I don't know why, but i felt like the story was not as good in Catching Fire, but it still like it, but in Mocking Jay, i felt as though i was wasting my time, so yeah, The first book was my favourite.

My favorite book of the trilogy is Mockingjay. As heartbreakingly terrible as it is, I love that the main characters got pulled apart and had to be put back together again. I loved the vulnerability of Katniss. That was so real. I loved that Peeta was finally not a perfect boy. Gales transformation. The action sequences. The full circle of consequences and down to the bittersweet ending that made me exhale relief.

I like the 2nd book - catching fire. I felt that i've known Katniss, Peeta and all other characters from the 1st book so well. and i guess that's the book where Katniss & Peeta finally realized who their enemy was. And i had great fun reading about Katniss & Peeta's relationship - there were growing closer together.

i think the first book but then I also like the last book of trilogies that are really really good.
So, for this series, I think the second book and the third book are the best

My favourite was catching fire. Seeing Katniss go back to the arena was great and super-intense.

I prefer Catching Fire because it's really interesting. They have to go back to the games and the new tributes are really interesting. I love what Finnick and Johanna bring to the book. But Mockingjay is really intersting too even though it has a lot of deaths (random people, loved ones that you cant bear to see dying)and then Peeta and Katniss getting together. It was really emotional and I ended up crying but I still prefer Catching Fire

I think mine is the second one ,because I really liked the new characters like Finnick,Joanna and it was pretty cool to see them all back in the games.I saw the movie before I read the first book,so it didn't impress me so much afterwards,although I really enjoyed it:))

1st is always the best in trilogies.

I love the second book because the clock arena was so cool and I loved Finnick. I think the last book is the most interesting but I don't like it as much as the second one because of how many much loved characters died (view spoiler)[ Prim,Finnick (hide spoiler)]

The 3rd book is my favorite, simply because of Katniss and Peeta's journey throughout the story. They were tortured, beaten, shot and stabbed. But they weren't broken. I'm glad we got the ending Suzanne wrote. It was a happy ending, in a somewhat hellish, petrified world.

I agree. The rest of the trilogy declines in value and appeal.
