help! can't remember the title of this book?

what i remember:
this girl passenger revived a guy when he collapsed in the plane, and they locked eyes and were attracted to each other. think she had some medical background or someething? the guy was a retired pilot, had a famous past because his plane crashed and he managed to save some people or something.
the girl works in the airport, and likes to paint/draw/something... they went to san fran or something where she was painting in public and got discovered, and sold a lot of paintings.
i.. may have two books mixed up lol. but does anything ring a bell for anyone??
