Silly Mistakes in Book Drafts

I know. Not one of my books is error free; however, errors still make me cringe.

Always happy I had great proof readers at my publishing houses. Author read through(several times) editor, copy editor and still the proof reader found mistakes.

Depends on the length of the interval you practice between readings or rewrites. It seems to help me when I return with a fresh perspective after a week or two.
