Hex eventually reached the meadow she always hung out in and jumped down into it. She sprinted at high speed away from the forest, going one direction.

Red appeared in front of her. She kept running and crashed into him. "Ouch. You okay?" He asked. Then he looked up and saw the horde of monsters. "Looks like you got your hands full."
Hex jumped up and said quickly in one breath "yeah I'm fine just monsters it's almost mornin so I'm good but I should keep running so have a good night bye!" she sprinted past him and kept running
He laughed. "Running from these things?" he asked as she ran away. He looked towards where she was running... "no... shes running toward HeadHunter territory. I gotta stop her" He thought. He wasnt looking at the monsters and a group of them pounced on him, over powered him, and pinned him down to the floor his sword flying out of his hand.
Hex heard the sword hit the ground and instinctively threw a knife behind her back. Hitting one in th face. She turned around and used her dagger to kill them, getting to Red.
Red freed one of his arms and tried to reach for his sword but another monster replaced the one that got speared
Hex killed all the monsters within a few minutes and dragged Red out of the sea of dead bodies.
Red coughed up a little blood. He smiled "Thanks but we should get out. Its not safe here."
Hex dragged him piggy back style to hi house.
Somewhere along the trip Red lost consciousness.
Hex dragged him inside his house and laid him on the couch. She PUT bandages on his wounds and without thinking she got a jug of water an splashed it on his face
Red got scared and fell off his couch. He laughed sheepishly "Ouch"
Hex smiled "great your awake" she set the jug on the coffee table an crossed her arms "you ok"
"Yeah...Sorry about that" He said frowning
Hex shrugged "it's ok." ((gtg -_-))

"You okay?" He asked

Hex sighed and sat down "the usual every night. Except you jumped in this time."
"That usually never happens. What exactly did ya do to get so many on you?"
Hex shrugged "nothing. Every night those things come out and chase me."
"Never seen them before... Know what they are exactly?"
Hex shook her head "just there."
"Oh... Well do you know what time it is?"
Hex looked outside for a moment and thought "about 6:30 A.M."
"Pretty early... wana crash here for a few hours?"
Hex shrugged "I don't know..."
"You can take my bed if ya want ill just chill here on the couch" He said
Hex looked at his stomach. Where he ha been scratched the most. "yeah. I have a feeling even if you wanted to take the bed you wouldn't even be able to move."
He laughed weakly "Well make yourself at home."
Hex sat down on the ground in a criss cross manor and put her head in her hands "home!"
He smiled. "Want anything to eat?" he asked
Hex shook her head "pretty sure I got leftovers in my backpack..."
"You sure I have a bit of extra food i could spare"
Hex nodded "I'm sure."
"Well if there's anything you want just tell me" He said
Hex nodded "ok."
Red sighed and closed his eyes
Hex watched him sleep.
((TIME SKIP TO KORNING))Hex waited with a plate of bacon in the exact same position she was in a few hours a ton.
Red woke up and fell off the couch. He got up and looked around. "Morning" He said
Hex held out the plate "mornin."
He smiled. "Did you eat already?" he asked
He took the plate and smiled. "Thanks"
"no problem" she put her he a back in her hands
